I placed the above order for delivery on 26.06.23 in the 10.30 - 12.30 slot .At 10.30 the status showed out for deliver . At 12.40 I contacted the customer on chat to ask for a time as to when it would be delivered and was told " It will be delivered today " ! When I said that I have other work and need to to know the time so I could leave the house I was told a call back will be arranged . At 1.10 I called your helpline and was given the same answer that a call back will be arranged . At 1.32 I got a call to say that the team is not being able to contact the delivery person so no further details can be given !~ If this is help then I am afraid my definition of help differs from yours ! Once an order has been placed one has to wait with folded hands to get the delivery leaving aside all other work outdoors ! Why was I called if there were no information to give ?

    The debit applied wallet should lower the the final price of my order but it got added to my final payment.. if i can get a refund of this i would be grateful

          I ordered Vanilla Protein Powder and I received atta with insect. I returned it and Big Basket is accusing me of changing the product to atta. they did not investigate the delivery guy or the management where the product is kept, they just assume I changed the product.

          I feel defeated because no one was open to listen to reason. bunch of irrational people.

            On 8th of June, I was placing my order in the bigbasket app for an amount of Rs 1751. The mode of payment was credit card and the money got deducted but the order wasn’t placed.

            It has been 4 days since this issue and I am yet to receive my refund. I have shared with BB all the transaction proofs from my bank, and my bank has confirmed that the money has been charged on my credit card.

            After speaking with a bigbasket agent, who said this is impossible, all signs point the bigbasket app being hacked and customers losing their money through unethical means.

              Bigbasket is part of Tata Neu app . Tata neu team conducted Tata rewards league where users are encouraged to place more orders and amount more than 15000. In the league users who place orders more than 10 and amount more than 15000 reach to final stage. I have placed almost 12 orders worth 17000 on bigbasket and my bigbasket account is deactivated due to this. I have wallet balance.more than 3500 in bigbasket and they are not activating my account.
              When i reached out to customer team, they said my account is deactivated for misusing policy like placing orders for commercial purpose and holding multiple accounts. I provided them the clarification that i have placed more orders as part of Tata rewards league . I have been a bigbasket customer since last 8 years and this is the first time i placed more orders due to tata rewards league. I clarified them that i placed orders for my personal consumption and i hold only one account. Bigbasket team fail to prove that i placed commercial purpose or that i hold multiple accounts. They are also denying to provide my wallet balance of 3500. I have been sending multiple emails to bigbasket customer support team since last 20 days but i am not getting proper response.

                I have been a customer of BigBasket since 2018 and order regularly every week. Since yesterday, I was unable to log in using my credentials and upon contacting customer service, I was told that as per records, it had been noticed that I was misusing the Bigbasket policies, and hence, the account has been deactivated.

                I fail to understand what policies I could have violated by placing an order regularly every week. Furthermore, I received no email or any intimation of any sort in respect of deactivation of my account.

                Further, I am having a Wallet balance in my BigBasket account. No information has been given to me about this wallet balance and the money seems to have been usurped by your company.

                  Big basket has deactivated my account with out a reason. On 4th they failed to.deliver the sausages and when I call customer care they refund the amount in my wallet, from yesterday the account says deactivated and the customer care team is not helping

                    I ordered online at bigbasket last Monday 29 may 2023
                    Order was to be delivered on June 2 Friday but was cancelled and was to be delivered on 6 June before 7 pm
                    But till now there is no delivery.
                    And no good response from customer care. Highly disappointed.

                      We have place the order online and made the payment online through SBI net banking and the payment was made successfully and our account was debited for the same amount also immediately as per the PDF copy attached here with, showing the successful transaction took place.

                      Still after the payment was made, Big basket refused to make delivery on the ground, payment failed, as per the SMS sent by Big basket as follows.

                      Dear Rameesh,
                      Payment for your bbnow Order #[protected] has failed. Kindly retry the payment for your order to be processed.

                      When contracted our SBI Bank, the checked up the account and verified that the amount has been successfully debited from our account.

                      Big basket is neither delivering the ordered items, no refunding back our amount. A daylight robbery.

                        The expiry date of the canned sardine I ordered was in 2025 but when I opened the can, the fish gave out very foul smell and had a yellowish-orange growth on it indicating spoilage. It was a waste of my money. Very poor product quality by big basket.

                          I ordered fruit juice and it is expired so I contacted the customer care and they arranged for a pickup but after sometime they blocked my account citing misuse.

                                Order showing as delivered but not received

                                The delivery partner called me and asked me to cancel the order as his bike was not working. The same thing happened 2 days back and I did cancel the order that time but today I didn't want to cancel it. I tried reaching customer care but the chat support executives said they have arranged a callback but no call came from their side. Now the order is showing as delivered but i haven't received anything of it....

                                I booked a grocery order under tata neu reward scheme (150 conis) on 15/04/2023 and i would be delivered on 17/04/2023 but due to delivery executive my order did not received to me on 17/04/2023 so i complained to customer care on 17/04/2023 and the online customer care reschedule my order for 19/04/2023.being to till date have booked my complaint for my 150 neu coin which i did not received . all the time customer care told me we are working...

                                I placed an order yesterday which included 2 items, and I selected today's date for delivery. I waited till 10 Pm today as they said, and after that when I came in to look at the status it was showing delivered, which is not true, as I haven't received my product. I want my money back. Please refund my money.

                                    I had ordered for my monthly grocery in 1st of may...for the amount of Rs 5004... the delivery time and date given to me was 2nd May 2023 between 7 pm to 10 pm ..the delivery kept on getting delayed till 12 AM after many calls and no response from the delivery people, the customer care gave me another slot for 3rd may 3-6 pm...kept on waiting till 9.45 pm and now when after many calls and with same reply that the delivery person does not answer the calls, they said that they will cancel my order, without my consent. Last time when i cancelled my order the money was refunded after 2 months and after many mails and much grievance.
                                    Hence i don't want to cancel the order but want it tomorrow on the present given slot for 5-8 pm 4th may...i hope Big Basket has the authority to work upon its customer, or does this online grocery work on the mercy of its delivery people, who not only do not care to answer the customer care but do not complete the delivery promise.
                                    please make sure i get my order my tomorow
