I ordered fruit juice and it is expired so I contacted the customer care and they arranged for a pickup but after sometime they blocked my account citing misuse.
How can they say that I m misusing the delivery person didn't even come to pick up the order and how can u confirm that I m misusing the account..ok for suppose i[censored] feel that i m misusing u should deny for pickup and refund but u directly blocked my account which has 5000...

We are not getting connecti.
on to place order in my laptop, mobile
we are getting error 403 and no connection.

to phone we are getting reply that we are not having sufficient balance
though we are having balance....

The delivery partner called me and asked me to cancel the order as his bike was not working. The same thing happened 2 days back and I did cancel the order that time but today I didn't want to cancel it. I tried reaching customer care but the chat support executives said they have arranged a callback but no call came from their side. Now the order is showing as delivered but i haven't received anything of it....

I booked a grocery order under tata neu reward scheme (150 conis) on 15/04/2023 and i would be delivered on 17/04/2023 but due to delivery executive my order did not received to me on 17/04/2023 so i complained to customer care on 17/04/2023 and the online customer care reschedule my order for 19/04/2023.being to till date have booked my complaint for my 150 neu coin which i did not received . all the time customer care told me we are working...

I placed an order yesterday which included 2 items, and I selected today's date for delivery. I waited till 10 Pm today as they said, and after that when I came in to look at the status it was showing delivered, which is not true, as I haven't received my product. I want my money back. Please refund my money....

I ordered, he say all item is correct if any issue1s than call me on my Mb No [protected].after returning delivery boy I matched my order item in which one item nycil powder is short, I call on that Mb No and informed that delivery boy that one item nycil powder is not in orderd item. He say I lodge a request and you get your item on 05/05/2023 in morning, but till I not get my item, kindly resolve issues to make my hope in big basket...

I had ordered for my monthly grocery in 1st of may...for the amount of Rs 5004... the delivery time and date given to me was 2nd May 2023 between 7 pm to 10 pm ..the delivery kept on getting delayed till 12 AM after many calls and no response from the delivery people, the customer care gave me another slot for 3rd may 3-6 pm...kept on waiting till 9.45 pm and now when after many calls and with same reply that the delivery person does not...

From the last 4-5 times I have observed that I'm getting charged for non food items even though non food items are not present inside the cart
And it's showing pending non food items charges
And even after paying those amount that amount is not showing inside the BILL.

And I'm going to file complaint with consumer forum for taking extra charges from customers and not showing the same in BILL statement....

I placed an order for an item early in the morning, since I needed it before afternoon (It was an express delivery item). But after sometime, I got a message that the amount I paid has been refunded against my cancelled order. This is in reference to my order dated 3rd April amount ₹2730.
The order was cancelled by BB. Till date despite sending various mails and calls i have not issued my refund. They say they have sent it. But i have proof of my bank statement. I have not received. Please help....
