Have cancelled 2 orders simultaneously due to deliver address issue on 7/04/23.
I haven't recived any refund yet to my wallet or to my UPI.
The orders numbers are as follows

Sir today my Big basket account inactive. I don't know why they do.
When I call customer care.they say that I misuse big basket policy.

I ordered bananas, sapodillas and milk this morning and i found out that the fruits were raw and the milk was expired and spoiled....

Bigbasket has deactivated my account and reason giving by them is i have created multiple bigbasket account. This allegation is wrong and when I said this they stopped responding to my emails.
I have a bigbasket account since 5yrs I used to order grocery for my house and my parents house.

I have used big basket for 1st time, while paying the amount, it has included bbwallet amount....

I'm koyilada Bharath Kumar from vizag, my pH number is [protected]. On March 13 th I placed an order at 8:59 am it was shown in app that it will be delivered in 30 min at 9:29 am
After placing the order I went to rest room I heard a call .after seeing at 9:16 am I tired to check the call and at the same I received a message that my order is cancelled and amount will be refunded in 24 hrs.
I called the cc team and enquired why...

I got promo call from bbdaily that I can get free milk every 4 dats if i recharge my wallet with 500 Rs. So I recharged 1250 rs to my account and started subscription of milk. But every day I got messages that milk is delivered and I was not getting anything and at the end of every they refunded my amount back. Yesterday I ordered products/items worth Rs 600 but it showed -7 from BB wallet and paid for it not thinking much about it . And today I tried placing some order and it showed -10 in BB wallet . Why is it showing negative balance when I have paid fully amount already....

BB Order no - EXN-[protected][protected]. Placed order on 4th Mar for delivery on 5th Mar 2023 for the slot 7.30 to 10.30pm. Dint receive the order till 10.30pm. Called up the customer care at 10.40pm to get no update from them. They said they would call back in 15 mins with the update. But with no intimation or call, i see the delivery slot changed to Mar 7th 8.30am to 10.30am.

Order not received for the subjected order number and customer helpdesk gave false commitment through out today....
