From the last 4-5 times I have observed that I'm getting charged for non food items even though non food items are not present inside the cart
And it's showing pending non food items charges
And even after paying those amount that amount is not showing inside the BILL.

And I'm going to file complaint with consumer forum for taking extra charges from customers and not showing the same in BILL statement.

    Arbitrary cancellation of orders, without giving reason

    I placed an order for an item early in the morning, since I needed it before afternoon (It was an express delivery item). But after sometime, I got a message that the amount I paid has been refunded against my cancelled order. I didn't even receive a proper message informing me that my order has been cancelled due to certain reason. No explanation was given. Just randomly, order was cancelled.         This is in reference to my order dated 3rd April amount ₹2730.
        The order was cancelled by BB. Till date despite sending various mails and calls i have not issued my refund. They say they have sent it. But i have proof of my bank statement. I have not received. Please help.

          We purchased a 1 kg brown sugar packet from the Big Basket at Rs 80 on 10th April 2023. The brown sugar added in water (video) gives away the colour and white sugar crystals are visible. this is coated and fake brown sugar being sold by BB.
          we trusted these guys. The moment I called customer care, they forcibly credited my Rs. 80 back in my wallet.
          The concern is not just returning Rs. 80, the chemicals used for colouring could lead to cancer and other diseases. We can't expect such things from the TATA group running charity trusts in India.

          I have decided to punish the people involved... I can see one such complaint in March 2019 (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/bigbasket-com-fake-and-colored-sugar-in-5-kg-... but still, BB management is selling such products.
          Looks like they are not concerned about the health of customers and are busy cheating and booking profit on the name of organic products.

            In the order received I have received mushroom with two expiry dates. Big basket has willfully changed the expiry date.

                Have cancelled 2 orders simultaneously due to deliver address issue on 7/04/23.
                I haven't recived any refund yet to my wallet or to my UPI.
                The orders numbers are as follows

                When will I be able to recive the refund amount?

                    Sir today my Big basket account inactive. I don't know why they do.
                    When I call customer care.they say that I misuse big basket policy.
                    I give two order in one I'd
                    For use of voucher order value I given order. But they cancel my order.
                    I use 2000 gift voucher so i have approx 2300rs in my wallet. I am middle class family. And this is big amount for me. Pl. Solve my problem big basket.

                      I am to say that my BigBasket account was blocked suddenly citing misuse of Return/Refund policy. But, no prior written notice was given by mail to me about it, to warn me or enquire about it. I have a pending balance of around 585 INR in my account wallet, which is now gone. I never misused any guidelines. Whenever, genuine problem occured, I complained with proof about it. BigBasket itself says that in case of poor quality or near to be expired products or overcharging or wrong product, a customer can complain. As, I am a regular shopper and old customer, I also faced issues with my orders in a few items in orders. Consumer Protection Act (2019) covers BigBasket, and it entitles a customer to ask for Return or Refund in genuine cases. Pls Restore my BigBasket account with my existing full account Balance ASAP. Bye.

                            Bigbasket has deactivated my account and reason giving by them is i have created multiple bigbasket account. This allegation is wrong and when I said this they stopped responding to my emails.
                            I have a bigbasket account since 5yrs I used to order grocery for my house and my parents house.

                            From last 4 months i shared my I'd with my sister to add items in a app and then I will pay from my mobile.

                            2days back we have done this. After receiving payment. Next day in evening they cancelled the order and blocked my account.

                            Firstly I want my account activated because I haven't done anything wrong.
                            And if you feels that there is some issue then explain me so I will not do it in future..

                            I don't have multiple numbers to create a new account that's why I m asking you to reactivate my account.

                              On 27 March 2023 my order got cancelled and its 2/04/23 i have still not got my refund. Customer care provides no help for this.

                                I have purchased Jeera 1 kg in my previous order. It was good in packing Some portion we

                                    I'm koyilada Bharath Kumar from vizag, my pH number is [protected]. On March 13 th I placed an order at 8:59 am it was shown in app that it will be delivered in 30 min at 9:29 am
                                    After placing the order I went to rest room I heard a call .after seeing at 9:16 am I tired to check the call and at the same I received a message that my order is cancelled and amount will be refunded in 24 hrs.
                                    I called the cc team and enquired why order is cancelled.they took local manager and delivery person on call, while team is on call with me knowing that delivery person talked rude with me.he said without reaching the address from store he called me and when not answered he simply cancelled the order before 9:29am.
                                    But till today I didn't received my amount.
                                    I request you to send me mail all transaction details confirming that amount is refunded to me.
