Delivery slot provided for today (4.11.16) between 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. however received a call at 12:35 pm that the order is cancelled due to heavy traffic. the order has been scheduled for tomorrow between 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
I am totally disappointed by cancelling the order and delaying it by one day, also not informing in advance about delaying the delivery. such delay is not the first time by bigbasket, it has once happened in the past.

In future i will not place order with bigbasket and move over to other vendor. i will not be able to recommend bigbasket to others.

    Dear customer head,

    I would like to draw your kind attention that the bigbasket delivered the above mentioned order today i. E. 02.11.2016 at my residence c-83 to my family.

    On checking of the goods delivered, it comes to my knowledge that one of item i. E. "mother dairy cream" has already been expired. "best before120days from manufacture" mentioned on the packet & manufacture date damaged shows as 07/2016. The bigbasket people's intentionally damaged the manufacturing date & delivered it at my home. Really very serious issues on consumer point of view for such a small value of rs. 169/- (Snap shots of the product already sent to you yesterday).

    It shows that such a big brand supplier i. E. Bigbasket not so much serious about their services before delivery it to customers.

    In view of above mentioned circumstances, the top level executives of bigbasket are requested to kindly do the needful immediately under intimation to me in writing that why not legal action should be taken against bigbasket under the consumer protection act.

    Wtf? i even used my gps location for order. if it wasn't in your serviceable then why the hell you accepted it at first place? if you cant deliver to my pin code then just remove it from your database. and refund money next day not after one week. my pin code is 410208 and its in taloja navi mumbai, 15 minutes from kharghar.

      Hi team,

      I ordered 2 soul olive oil pickle of green chilly and red chilly with 4 pkt of maggie noodles. when the product came i realized that the smell coming up from green chilly pickle is not good, it smell worse when i tasted the product it was not good because its an expiry product. its not about the money which i spend, its all about trust.in future i will never order a product from your website and will never ever recommend you to my friends and i will make sure that i will mention the same on social networking websites as well to aware them.

        I placed an order yesterday (i.e 27th October, 2016) with the order no. 17334962, for which the delivery slot was allotted as 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm but my order doesn't only get delivered but also got cancelled by the Bigbasket Team. When I called them on their customer care number today (i.e 28th October, 2016) in the morning, so they were unable to justify the reason for the cancellation of my order and also I requested them to transfer my call to the supervisor but they informed me that the supervisor is busy right now and will call you back within 1 hour but I didn't received any call and they did it twice in the same day.

          We are placing orders regularly.
          We are getting material in different shipments and also facing the difficulties in taking deliveries and making payments.
          One - time schedules
          Second - making payments as delivery boy is keeping change. Card payments having concern on the chip cards only. Then, issue is limitations on available cards.
          Appreciate your suggestions in the process for continuation of your customers.
          Strategy should be to how to retainig existingcustomers.

            On 17th Oct we ordered, we got the vegetables and fruits on 18th and those were well below expectation of average quality and standard, out of those there were 4 items which were not usable and requested for replacement, we got those which were again very old and not usable and less quality wise then what was supplied at first instance.

            We are customer with Big-basket for last more than 1 year and we are trying every quarter and finding that quality has deteriorated day by day and now taken decision to disqualify this website and even spread the same with all family and friend group.

            Advertisement done by Shahrukh Khan is totally meaning less.

            Hope some one at senior level look into this and see how best can be done at least in Pune region, I am not sure about other.

              I placed an order dx-bguo[protected] on bigbasket on saturday (15th oct '16) and i was promised an express delivery; despite that the order showed delivery date and time as monday (17th oct '16) 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
              I received my order on around 5 pm on monday 17th oct '16.
              I sent around 4-5 mails to their customer care but no response infact called them 3-4 times and they just say they are facing technical issues will get back in 10-15 mins.

              Really fed up of their irresponsive and bad customer behaviour.

                Bigbasket is cheating public in irregular and improper pricing. When i complained, they sent a standard draft which closes the complaint, just saying that it is done after careful consideration.

                You may just check their site to confirm my complaint.
                As per their site today - 20.10.2016

                Item: bb royal urad whole/gota 1 kg pouch rate - : 166.00
                Item: bb royal urad whole/gota 2 kg pouch rate - : 350.00

                You may observe, that any shop will fix the 2 kg pack at a lesser rate than its 1 kg pack.
                However, here in bigbasket, 2 kg pouch is costlier by rs.18/- than buying two packs of 1 kg pouches.

                Cale economy should have worked in favor and bigger pouches should have lesser price.
                When i complained this, the customer support cell replied very casually closing my complaint.

                Beware of this firm.

                  I require fresh goat cheese as a medical supplement for my Auto Immune problem. I made the mistake of ordering it from Bigbasket, Mumbai. Their representative called me on the date of delivery i.e. 15 Oct 2016, and confirmed my address in the morning. There after I get a message telling me that my amount has been transferred to my wallet. I was shocked. I have not cancelled or returned the order. When I called their Customer Care, on 15 Oct at 6.30 pm, I was put on hold for a long time, after which some guy Kunal or Kushal said that they would check into my order and get back within 30 mts. Silence thereafter. Today 17 Oct, I again called their Customer Care. One Mrinal Kulkarni replied and also promised to get back in 30 mts. So far 1 hour has passed.

                      Hi I placed some orders in big basket
                      I paid my payment but it said your payment is declined so it is moved to cash on delivery. But from my bank account the amount was reduced
                      So I raised a ticket. They said the server was down so payment details was not updated. After that also it was in COD . So I just cancelled my orders. They said amount ll be refund within 7 days. I don't get till now. When ever I tried to call their customer care number it says like you r not allowed to call this number and I sent a chat they says only hi how may I assist u. After that no words from them . Really cheater.

                        My order number MKOO[protected] products scheduled to b delivered between 5pm-7.30pm to my house.i called the customer service desk for 2-3 times after the allotted time (ie from 9pm onwards) and i got the reply from your end that the products will be delivered within 10 mins and so on.Lastly when i told ur customer service person that i wanted a talk from a senior official he transferred the call. but the senior person was very rude.when i said that i had no rice or other necessary items, he without solving the matter, instead paid no heed to my queries and when i said that from where do i get the rice since all shops nearby were closed he very uncordially said "I had investigated that you had ordered for your shop and not for your house?is this the way to talk to your customer?For your kind information, it is to be noted that i had no shop and all the products are for my household consumption...i want an apology from your end and compensation for not delivering the products on time and a call from your end asap

                          Hi,
                          I placed one order from Bigbasket on 20th Sept which was consisting of 2 sub order(that wasn't known to me). With so mush hustle and changing the time slots one of the order got delivered. The other order wasn't delivered and Big basket called telling that the items are not in stock. Rather they updated in system as customer cancelled the order. When raised this concern they apologised, refund the amount as big basket wallet points....

                          Hi,

                          I had made the payment twice for the amount of rs.1942 and 1952 to big basket and both transaction are succeeded but still 0 amount is reflecting in my big basket wallet.

                          From tomorrow i am continuously taking follow up customer care of big basket but their customer care service is worst, every time they told me your concern has been forward to backend team and will arrange a call back but no one called up yet.

                          Whenever i call they put me on hold and disconnect call during hold.

                          It is clearly indicating that i shouldn't believe on big basket in terms of money or in terms of service.

                          I asked them to add my money to my wallet but no one turned up, i have shared my account statement on e-mail several times which can be refer to check the succeeded payment but still no reply from big basket

                            Due to cancellation of the above order, An amount of Rs. 1020 suppose to be credited to my bank account on 9th of September 2016. Every time we contact customer care, person informing us that return initiation was not happen and delaying 4 to 5 days. Like that 20 days passed. Today is 28th September and a new date has been given to us.
                            Is this a new way of doing business? Not returning customer money and earning interest out of it!

                              In invoice free welcome kit is written but not given but why?. Cheat by company.
                              Should be given as per order.

                              No proper response from officer level.

                              This is not good like the big company.

                                Ticket no:[protected] i ordered fruits and vegetables from bigbasket (Order no. Mmfo[protected] and i found fruits and vegetables spoiled

                                Later my money was refunded for those, but within a week, i find that some fake person is utilizing my account money for her order. Which i noticed and immediately cancelled that order. And i brought this to the notice of bigbasket people.

                                It suggested me to change my password. But before i could do it the impostor did it herself and changed all my account details, address, email id and password.

                                I am from mumbai and the impostor is from kolkata. I am afraid the bigbasket imposter can even hack into my bank details.

                                Now it is that i can't even login my account and can't even retrieve my password with forgot password link.

                                Its a serious misbehave from either bigbasket side or from impostor. Big basket people assured that they will look into the matter and resolve the complaint. But they have not reverted to me at all and are not replying to my mails. I even sent them my documents for verification but they didn't help. I am surprized how much anyone can fall just for few hundred rupees. I need my compensation for this.

                                It is requested to kindly look into the matter and revert back to me.

                                I ordered some goods on 18/09/2016. I paid the amount when i placed the order.The expected delivery date was 20/09/2016. I have not received the goods yet and when i call the customer support they say that the order is complete. It is a complete fraud.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I placed an order worth of rs.1140 on 7thsept with bangalore bigbasket team. however this order got splitted into three orders with the order ids j-bbo[protected], j-ebo[protected] and j-ebo[protected] that amounted rs.566, rs.220 and rs300... which is lesser than the original amount i paid. moreover the rs566 amount was not delivered completed and only product rs.530 were dellivered.
                                  The bigbasket team only refunded the rs.36 amount from this. also the rest only rs.300 was cancelled later. now cleverly, bigbasket only added rs.376 to my wallet. (300 for the cancelled item n 76 for the products undelivered with 150 extra) however i paid rs.1140 at the begining of the order, but got order for rs (530 + 220) i. e. rs.750. later 300 were added for the cancelled order. i want bigbasket to pay be[protected]+220+300) = rs.90 that they have not refunded me yet.

                                  Lot of ticket raised for this issue, one such being [protected] and mails has been dropped but none have contacted me. also today the new order bbo[protected] also got cancelled due to some stupid packaging issue. the bigbasket customer service have recently turned utter hopeless and [protected]@bigbasket.com is utter nonsense in returning vague mails and eating up my time.

                                    I had booked an order that was to be delivered on 12th September 2016 at my residence in sector, 11 of dwarka, new delhi. It was not delivered despite continuous flow up with the customer care executive. The company of its own rebooked the order but simultaneously increased the price of the bill by around rs 88 and delivered the order on 14th September. I have sent at least five mails to their customer care mail id but the crimson had not responded.
                                    This is loot.

                                      Dear BigBusket todey at 5:28 pm a payment was made by paytm wallet for Rs.2239 ...Paytm order id is [protected]...BigBusket order #1400897...Please cancel this order...That was made by hacking my paytm wallet...I have also submit a complain to paytm care...I do not know about the order...I am selecting a unknown category for submit the complain...If you want to give you screen shot of that transaction in paytm wallet i can give you that...I can sure you that wallet is my wallet...But as i mention i have not made that order ...please cancel the order...
