Ticket no:[protected] i ordered fruits and vegetables from bigbasket (Order no. Mmfo[protected] and i found fruits and vegetables spoiled

Later my money was refunded for those, but within a week, i find that some fake person is utilizing my account money for her order. Which i noticed and immediately cancelled that order. And i brought this to the notice of bigbasket people.

It suggested me to change my password. But before i could do it the impostor did it herself and changed all my account details, address, email id and password.

I am from mumbai and the impostor is from kolkata. I am afraid the bigbasket imposter can even hack into my bank details.

Now it is that i can't even login my account and can't even retrieve my password with forgot password link.

Its a serious misbehave from either bigbasket side or from impostor. Big basket people assured that they will look into the matter and resolve the complaint. But they have not reverted to me at all and are not replying to my mails. I even sent them my documents for verification but they didn't help. I am surprized how much anyone can fall just for few hundred rupees. I need my compensation for this.

It is requested to kindly look into the matter and revert back to me.

I need help
BigBasket.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I ordered some goods on 18/09/2016. I paid the amount when i placed the order.The expected delivery date was 20/09/2016. I have not received the goods yet and when i call the customer support they say that the order is complete. It is a complete fraud.

    Hi team,

    I placed an order worth of rs.1140 on 7thsept with bangalore bigbasket team. however this order got splitted into three orders with the order ids j-bbo[protected], j-ebo[protected] and j-ebo[protected] that amounted rs.566, rs.220 and rs300... which is lesser than the original amount i paid. moreover the rs566 amount was not delivered completed and only product rs.530 were dellivered.
    The bigbasket team only refunded the rs.36 amount from this. also the rest only rs.300 was cancelled later. now cleverly, bigbasket only added rs.376 to my wallet. (300 for the cancelled item n 76 for the products undelivered with 150 extra) however i paid rs.1140 at the begining of the order, but got order for rs (530 + 220) i. e. rs.750. later 300 were added for the cancelled order. i want bigbasket to pay be[protected]+220+300) = rs.90 that they have not refunded me yet.

    Lot of ticket raised for this issue, one such being [protected] and mails has been dropped but none have contacted me. also today the new order bbo[protected] also got cancelled due to some stupid packaging issue. the bigbasket customer service have recently turned utter hopeless and [protected]@bigbasket.com is utter nonsense in returning vague mails and eating up my time.

      I had booked an order that was to be delivered on 12th September 2016 at my residence in sector, 11 of dwarka, new delhi. It was not delivered despite continuous flow up with the customer care executive. The company of its own rebooked the order but simultaneously increased the price of the bill by around rs 88 and delivered the order on 14th September. I have sent at least five mails to their customer care mail id but the crimson had not responded.
      This is loot.

        Dear BigBusket todey at 5:28 pm a payment was made by paytm wallet for Rs.2239 ...Paytm order id is [protected]...BigBusket order #1400897...Please cancel this order...That was made by hacking my paytm wallet...I have also submit a complain to paytm care...I do not know about the order...I am selecting a unknown category for submit the complain...If you want to give you screen shot of that transaction in paytm wallet i can give you that...I can sure you that wallet is my wallet...But as i mention i have not made that order ...please cancel the order...

          Order was placed on 6/9/16 ue for delivery on 7/9/16. Bigbasket did not deliver the order and rescheduled the delivery of this this order on 3 consecutive days. Finally after 3 cancellations on their side on 10/9/16 i requested them to refund my money and roll it back to the credit card by which i had paid. I was informed that it would take 7 working days. After "'7 working days"" i still have not got my refund. I request the company to kindly refund my money as soon as possible. Amount due to me is Rs. 1103/-.

          Hello! I had ordered a cranberry juice 1000 ml on Bigbasket. I got an error in the bill payment the first time because of which I made the payment the second time on 14th September, 2016. But later I found out that the bill was deducted from my account both the times.

            Its been pathetic and worst experience with service as well as customer catr executive. I never recommend this site ir app to any genuine or potential customer. Itd been 8 hours if placing my order i still dont receive any informatiin. and upon csllung to cc they are just assyribg fake by sayibg you will receive a call in 10 mins and i never received call .

            All customer care staff is completely non skilled. and big basket is totally in their delivery and service promises.

              HI I am not happy with the quality of jaggery, its my second bad experience with jaggery.I was expecting Normal Rawa slightly bigger in size .I needed upma Rawa.Please replace.
              Your delivery guy did not collect the items I tried to return.Also he asked me not to inform customer care about this.
              I need refund on jaggery.
              I think there is a quality issue.The delivery was an hour late which caused us inconvinience.
              Inspite of charging premium rates the delivery guy misleaded me by saying that I must call 5minutes after they left only to find no one availble at customer care.

                  Rude customer care: innovative retail concepts pvt. Ltd, plot no 104 industrial area gurgaon been rude n not interested in resolving the issue. Order bguo[protected]. The delivery man was asked to take back all the items of the current order of 561.15 + vat 39.30 because of an issue with a old debit of rs.135.73 which did not specify details of items in the invoice. Request please resolve the issue asap.

                    I have given order on 19th august 2016 but still now i didnt received my order.
                    status is showing completed.Money is deducted please help me.order number is BBFO[protected]

                    Extremely indifferent company!

                    the advertisements on quality is misrepresentation and misstatements which have to be dealt with by the Government and appropriate action must be taken against Bigbasket
                    Same status with me. The order wasn't delivered, yet the status shows Completed and money got deducted. When emailed, got the apology email stating its system technical issue. Upon request for the money refund no response even after sending several emails.

                      I regularly used big basket but now it's disappointing. Whenever you oder something, max times it's reflecting on there site and later they deliver alternative for that product, giving excuses of short age. I placed an oder for sandwiche today and received a loof of bread. Last week placed an oder for bread n received sandwich.
                      Today's is my mother's birthday. I ordered few eatables n flowers. They took money and didn't deliver it. I called up lot many times for the refund in my account.
                      Now forcefully, they have put that amount in big basket account. I requested so many times that dnt Credit that amount there but instead put in my account.
                      They are just not listening or responding.
                      Really bad experience with them.
                      Will never use it again

                        My order number BPO[protected] which was supposed to deliverwithin 90 mts. it did not happened The customer service called me and said we could not find your address (as if we are staying in the remote area) we are located in a very good locality and i used to order online with most of the reputed online shopping but when it comes to BIGBASKET i feel i made a very big mistake in selecting this. The customer service people really wasted my precious time by calling 5 times to tell me that my order is cancelled. Feeling very very bad for the service.

                          One refillable MOP was being delivered at my native place within scheduled time of delivery but I found that the MOP being delivered is a 3(three) year old one.Its manufacturing date was Dec-2013 & today we are heading towards Dec-2016.
                          I feel humiliated and disappointed.Such casual approach is not desirable from a branded E-Commerce company.
                          I want to return the material & get my money refunded at the earliest.

                            We had ordered chicken liver 2 packets and gizzard 1 packet on 6th sept.
                            The delivery time was 5 pm to 7.30 pm.
                            The item was delivered well after 8 pm

                            We found that one packet of liver and one packet of gizzard has become 'blue ' and spoilt. This was also confirmed by a chef known to us

                            This is bizzare! I will never order from big basket again and will spread word in the media.

                            There is no response to my complain in the bigbasket website.

                              I have ordered from BB quite a few times and have some or the other issue with wrong product sent, delays etc. But I always ignored them some they were small issues. But I recently placed my monthly order and have been waiting for my delivery ever since. I called customer service 6 times and every time they say the same thing we will check with operations and call back in 15 mins but no one calls. I just told them it's okay if you don't deliver as promised but can u let me know when you will deliver and they say the same thing again!!! When I called back now the customer service team has closed for the day and no one even had the courtesy to let me know the status of my order. Very irresponsible. I will never order again and will make sure all my friends and family also stop ordering.

                                sir i am very sorry of your very poor customer service with bed behavior and not having responsible even, your customers service, your delivery man, all they liar or fake person.
                                I call your customer service, 20 times but they are not any response
                                I send 25 mail your customer service no any reply me
                                Your delivery man come open basket and says we check goods from co.
                                Same order tow times sand me but half order received and 2 hour late
                                I call your big basket they says we I sand your complaint with our senior’s
                                Sir then I want nothing
                                Please delete my membership for ever
                                Because I try delete my big basket ID but I don’t found any option

                                  Order no# mkovo[protected], order placed on sunday, 4th sept and initial delivery time was monday, 5th september 7:30pm to 10pm. I rushed home by 7:30pm and waited till 10pm. No one came. I called big basket customer care. They told sorry due to rain order delivery time got shifted (Without any intimation to me and order portal still shows old time). I then re-scheduled delivery time to 7am - 9:30am slot today, 7th sep 2016. I was assured they are sorry and i will be given 10% of my order value as refund compensation due to my harassment.

                                  Today after waiting till 9:16am, i called customer care, i was told they are on their way. Wait another 15min they will come for delivery. I was already getting delayed for my office, still waited. No one came. At 9:45am i called customer care again. The lady was clueless why order was not delivered and told me they will definitely contact me and update status. I asked ok, by what time. She told another 20 ~ 30min. It was 9:45am and now 10:47 am. More than one hour. No contact phone came and no update on my order status. Is this what you call customer service. Ultimate harassment and big basket don't even bother. Btw i have recorded conversation of all my communication where they have promised me all these 10% refund, order out for delivery and will be in another 15min and they will contact me by another 20 ~ 30min.

                                  Need a resolution asap.

                                    I had ordered three bottles of shampoo from big basket in bengaluru on 3/9/2016 and had booked a delivery slot between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm on 5/9/2016, which had been confirmed over the phone on 4/9/2016. Despite this my was delivered at 7:30 am when i was not available to receive it. I had to ask the watchman at my residential address to receive it on my behalf, which he refused to do because the bottles were delivered as loose pieces without any packaging. Also, this isn't the first time my delivery has come outside my prebooked delivery slot. I'm willing to pay extra for a cover if required but it is difficult to receive orders in this manner.

                                      I placed an order with bigbasket on sunday, 4th sep, 6 pm.
                                      Part of it was express delivery and rest was standard delivery, so in next 90 minutes on the same day, delivery was expected. And rest of the delivery items were expected 2 days later as per standard delivery.
                                      I was levied vat and service charges for same.
                                      However delivery didn't happen at all.
                                      While i tried to reach toll free number [protected], was not able to do so as call was getting disconnected.

                                        I have tried to order groceries from big basket after confirming the pin code in web site. But while I am going to check out it is showing that we could not able to deliver in this location. I am not staying any remote location in this city, So why this is happening? I am really frustrated after selecting all my groceries from bisbasket and then you are showing me that you can not able to deliver in my address . Check this at first and stop bothering customers.

                                        Pathetic condition. I will never buy again from bigbasket.
