    I have ordered a delivery of 3 items at Friday 12th august, 2016 at big basket. The delivery was expected to arrive at 12th august before 9:37 pm. but they delivered only two items at next day Saturday i.e 13th august, 2016 at 12:30 pm around. still i have not got 1 item delivered and as per them, it is going to be delivered at 14th august, 2016 i.e 2 days after the order is being placed. Kindly look into the matter and take severe actions against them to avoid the inconvenience for others in future.

      1. Coriander was spoiled.

      Later my money was refunded for those, but within a week, I find that some fake person is utilizing my account money for her order. Which I noticed and immediately cancelled that order. and I brought this to the notice of BigBasket people.
      It suggested me to change my password. but before I could do it the impostor did it herself and changed all my account details, address, email ID and password.
      I am from Mumbai and the impostor is from Kolkata. I am afraid the BigBasket imposter can even hack into my bank details.

      Now it is that I can't even login my account and can't even retrieve my password with forgot password link.

      Its a serious misbehave from either BigBAsket side or from impostor. Big Basket people assured that they will look into the matter and resolve the complaint. But they have not reverted to me at all and are not replying to my mails. I even sent them my documents for verification but they didn't help. I am surprized how much anyone can fall just for few hundred rupees. I need my compensation for this.

      It is requested to kindly look into the matter and revert back to me.

        Highly unprofessional! I chose 7:30 to 9 pm on 8th aug'16 as the delivery time for my orders but the products were delivered to me at 6:50 am on 9th aug'16! The delivery person had called me on 8th and informed that he is little late but coming next day is absolutely nonsense.. Also, on top of this, 5 items were cancelled without prior notice! Never going to order from here!

          Hi Sir,

          Big basket is the one of the big bluff company in the country who actually deducts the money from the account of the customer and does not deliver the product but sends the message and confirmation mail saying "product Delivered".

          This is the worst ever experience i am having with Big basket. These people are full of cheaters and bluff masters. I dont know how many customers they might have fooled already.

          Please take the strict action against these bloody people.

            Big basket or atleast the delivery team has a customer cheating scheme that has been going on for a while. They under deliver items (Atleast one or two missing) in every delivery. If you are lucky enough to check it, you can complain. I have complained to them on 6 different occasions. They refund the money when we fight over it, but it still happens every time. So if you are not at home / dont have timw to check they essentially pocket that money! This is deception and trying to cheat consumers!

            I placed an order they left me msg n even called me but later I received another msg saying order has been cancelled and I don't know the reason. Am trying to reach out you people but no response. Am a new customer and honestly this was my first order and had v.bad experience. This is how you people treat new customers. V.much disappointed.

              Guess the traditional go to supermarket to buy method is best! Things like big basket do not work in india. I placed an order on sunday for delivery on tuesday morning! Having got a text on monday confirming delivery, i waited for the entire specified delivery slot on but no one came by. When i called the customer care, the person delivery team and said the order was cancelled. I didn't received any email notifying cancellation. Also i made a payment via card that was taken through. They don't refund in cash so what is point o[censored]sing their service!

              Their advertisements on television and radio are pretty enticing and enterprise idea also appears western but they do not back themselves with resources and quality! Absolute waste of time and effort.

              Also don't be surprised if the grocery arrives wet or damaged as they just throw stuff everywhere. I returned a pack of oil as it packaging was damaged only to realise that the oil pack burst when the delivery person threw it in a crate! They have also broken my front door stopper without paying for it!

                Case i) I had placed order in express deliversy.I got call from bigbasket..it is saying out of 2 item..1item not available..big basket suggested replacement item...i said ok..and bigbasket team confirmed that item get delivered...i have been waited more than 3 hours...i did not got my order..i called several time to help line...they are also struggling to answer..because they are help less..finally got call from delivery team saying ...ordered items are out of stock.. i wonder i got confirmation about delivery initially..after 3 hours my followup they simply saying out of product...brovo bigbasket... i[censored] continue same, , u dont capture market...this case about yesteday...order no:ss[protected]

                case ii) Today i placed ...the same order on express delivery time slot between 30th july, 5pm-6pm...but still 7.41pm no update...i called customer care..3 times...as usual they are unable to contact delivery team...again brovo bigbasket.. order no...

                I wont leave this issue ...i post into social media...definetly i make it sure u reputation damage...ss-nbo[protected]

                  This is by far the worst experience i have ever had with any online product or service provider.
                  I was supposed to get the groceries delivered on 28/07/2016 between 9:30 am and 12 pm.


                  The customer care executives just keep putting my calls on hold (Claiming that they are checking the status), and then just blatantly hang up my call.
                  They have promised delivery multiple times (1st: b/w 5 and 7 pm on 28/07 then b/w 7 and 9 pm, and then by 10 pm on 28th july 2016).
                  It has been over 24 hours and i still haven't received my order, or apology, or a status update on the delivery.
                  I had to miss work for a day just in anticipation of the promised delivery, and yet, i still haven't received it.

                  I could never go back to a company like this.
                  Please help me get the order delivered.

                  The customer care messaged me saying that we will reschedule the delivery, and when I responded to confirm the time slot, they just stopped responding..!! :/ I am not sure what kind of company has the least amount of integrity, professionalism, or ethical value system (with inability to service in a metropolitan like Mumbai) and then claim to serve numerous cities around the country!

                  Sincere advise to anyone still willing to use this website. Please never pay online, through wallet or any other means. Atleast you wont loose your money. I have already lost almost 1600 rs for the order and 5 k of one day's work pay because of this pathetic service provider.

                    I booked sugar in bigbasket, order is confirmed and also recd mail and message, but not delivered on 27.07.2016. I called to customer care their told i will contact the concern person and get back to you sir, finally i received call from customer care their told sorry sir today is not possible to delivery so tomorrow morning we do delivery i told ok, but when call cut that time i received message your order is cancelled i m shocked. Immediately i called to customer care but their are not giving correct response their told sorry sir out of stock we are not booking now.

                      This is my third bad experience with big basket.

                      I made a request for items no:13294567 at 26th july 2016, 10.44am for express delivery and supposed to deliver it by 12.14pm on the same day.

                      With repeated requests to customercare, they were not able to track the items and they were not...

                      I have had a worst experience with big basket lately. I had placed an order 3 days back and they had committed to deliver the order very next day.
                      But the order was not delivered next day. Not even a day after. There was not even a call made by them to inform me regarding delay in delivery.
                      I have a small kid at home and i m a working women. I trusted them but they have only betrayed us and caused such an inconvenience.
                      They have left me high and dry. Whenever i call there call centre it has only to say a sorry. They fail to understand customers problem and only make false commitment.
                      Worst experience ever.
                      This company is being run by a bunch of frauds who are sitting there to just cause harassment.

                      This is not big basket. It's in fact a big disappointment.

                        I have ordered during tuesday sale wherein they advertised that if you order for 1500, you will get 400 as discount.

                        While placing the same order it failed while paying through icici netbanking.

                        Later i was not able to cancel the order and also not able to apply the same code as its says you can use the code only once which i have used during failed transaction.

                        I tried calling to customer care and send a mail but no reply, next day i got the reply saying that we will you cash back to your big basket wallet.

                        They them self cancelled few of the items and send the remaining items at home.

                        I have paid cash to delivery person as it was never mentioned that i had to pay through icici banck card.

                        Later when i ask them about the case back they are telling that your order value was not 1500 and also you have not paid through icici bank account.

                        Kindly help me!

                          Hi, This is in regards to my last order (DX-BBO[protected]. I had a party at home yesterday (20 July) and i decided to order some quickies from big basket. Obviously, I chose the Express delivery. I got a confirmation "your order shall be delivered by 8:47 pm" But to my dismay, there was no delivery made. I waited waited n waited till 10. There was not a single message or call or email from your big basket notifying the status of my order. Then adding to the misery (imagine there is a party that I have at my place waiting for food to be delivered) I called up the Big Basket customer care then the executive replies "Ma'am I am sorry, I will escalate the complaint, I don't know why it has not been delivered and I will arrange a call back for you in 5 minutes."
                          There was not a single call I received after that. This clearly depicts how much you value your customers. Then in the night at 11:55 I get a message from Big Basket " Your order has been cancelled". Simply Amazing! And, then within 5 minutes, I get another message " Your order will be delivered on 21 July between 5:pm to 7:30".
                          Then, in the morning at 8:30 your delivery boy comes to my place and tells me I have got half of your order and the rest will be delivered in the evening.
                          What is wrong with your services? Is this how you are going to deal with your customers? Amazing your services are, First you don't deliver my order then you don't care to intimate the customer and if that is not enough, you cancel it and then again issue it on your own and you even decide the delivery time for me. If this all was not enough, instead of rectifying your mistake, You again delivered half of my order in the morning and conveniently said that "rest you will get in the evening."
                          Merely hiring celebs as your brand ambassador will not let you survive in the market with tons of other online grocery stores, when you can't respect and value your customers.
                          If somebody orders through Express delivery, It means 'Urgent". I would have understood that there can be operational mistakes but You people didn't even care to intimate. No phone call no email no message, nothing! And the follow up you did certainly deserves applause. You chose slots fr me on your own and delivered half of the stuff. Commendable! Pathetic service.
                          DON'T CLAIM WHAT YOU CAN'T DO! Can't trust Big basket now and neither its quality nor the team behind it.
                          Clearly it shows Nobody cares or pay any heed to the customer.
                          I have never seen such a type of customer service by any company. Definitely going to stop as much people as I can from falling for Big Basket. From the attitude and services Big Basket has, it clearly shows that You guys no longer need customers. Thank You

                              I ordered some items on tuesday night to take advantage of the icici card offer they were running. The order did not accept the card and removed discount and confirmed the order with higher amount of 1539 instead of 1139 as cod. This happened twice. Tried to connect to the customer service and got a recorded voice saying the do not work in the night. Did not even receive the confirmation of order.

                              Morning of wednesday, i cancelled the orders and send a mail to customer service for the same. They apologized and asked to resubmit the order with same code but the system did not take it - they kept telling me samething 6 times and then someone again told me that i cannot submit it on wednesday. The whole point i needed their attention to! Everytime a new person responds to the mail and no one has a clue to what is happening. My ticket number is [protected].

                                Both the time i ordered from them, nothing came fresh so never again! Second time was out of desperation otherwise after the first experience i really wouldn't have ordered again. Fruit and veg had mould on them and smelled really bad, bread was not fresh and even tropicana cartons were puffed up, indicating that it had expired our had gone off. What a waste of time and a huge disappointment! Second time when returned things it took them an hour to work out the total they had to refund as it wouldn't match my total, in other words they were basically trying to rip me off by charging more. Do not buy from them!

                                  With reference to the order number dx-bbo[protected] i wish to bring in your notice that the cut papaya and sweet corn both turned out to be rotten.
                                  The papaya was smelling so bad that we had to throw it on the same day without consumption.

                                  The sweet corn is rotten from below and is of really bad quality.

                                  Can you refund my money and ensure that such things don't happen in future?

                                    I had ordered regular onions 2kg & organic onions 1kg (for patient).
                                    Big basket team brought 6kg onions all without label. when i checked they came to know they have brought extra 3kg onions. i returned the 3 kg and asked which one was organic he just picked one of them.
                                    I called customer care the person told next day it will be replaced by original organic ones. but next day nobody arrived. again i called them they placed on a long hold and told they will call back. again no body called. again i called them they placed on hold until call got disconnected. worst service.

                                    I had cancelled my order for the late delivery on 4th July and today it's 11th July I am still waiting for money to be credited in my Paytm wallet. They have a worst ever refund policy.
