Extremely disappointed to state the poor quality service that Big Basket is offering these days. Goods are delivered on time with no notification of delay. Sometimes they come before time and leave stuff at the door step or lift lobby with again no notification. Repeated call to the customer care have not action for almost 24-48 hours. Harassment unlimited for customers. I understand online professional shopping is primarily created to cater to those who is time bound and needs an organized service. Our local store is a better option in this case. At least unnecessary harassment & waste of time can be avoided. Services referred - BBO[protected] & BBO[protected] This kind of service should be compensated by comapny with some value added service, a free assignment etc something that shows the company taking ownership of the harrasment caused.
