[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — Bigbasket Star Membership | |||
I have paid for Bigbasket Star Membership program for 3 months as per the plan benifits i should get priority slots, But i was not getting any priority or even a Normal slot from 20 days, so i have tried to contact customer care to refund the amount i paid for premium service as they promised, As they are not giving Normal slot. They said they can't extend my membership or Provide refund or Provide service, It is Cheating to customers by taking money and Not providing a service Was this information helpful? | |||
