[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — customer care executive support issue

I had placed my order on Thursday morning 7:30 slot in Mumbai. Due to Mumbai Bandh issue order was not delivered. I had received no updates on the same from customer care.
Friday morning when i called you customer care, they refused to deliver the order on Friday. There reply was we can deliver it to you after Saturday evening, take or we will cancel your order.
I requested your executive to deliver order after 9p.m on Saturday to which he refused to give confirmation.

BigBasket.com Customer Care's response cust compalined-the order was cancelled and reprocessed multiple times, hence cust cancelled the order, hence spoke to cust apologized for same and closing the ticket
