I have been using big basket for a while now and what i observe is their customer and delivery executives are rude and have no sense of talking to a customer. By chance if you are late by 10-15 mins (Considering bangalore traffic) they will ensure they call you thousand times even if you have requested for an additional time. They will literally threaten you on cancelling or rescheduling the order. Also food quality is bad. Fruits are never fresh Was this information helpful? | |

Im pratheeswaran s working in bigbasket as cee my operation controller mr saravana ayyapan behaviour with cee was very bad he is treating the cee as his slaves.And he scolded me using bad words in front of every workers.I got dissappointed and lose my self respect.So please take a neceesary action for his indisiplinary behaviour.
