Hello,
I have ordered apples along with multiple items on 18th may 2016, order no 'dx-mguo[protected]' in express delivery.
Apples delivered by big basket were rotten, so i called them on 19th may at 07.30 pm to arrange pick up (Which in turn was promised by big basket at max 8.35 pm) and they promised to return back my money only after pickup. However, no one showed up till 9.45 pm and then i again called the customer care. They said pick up staff is on way, which was a lie off course.
Again, i called today morning (20th may) and pickup was arranged again to be completed by max 9.07 am. However, no one has arrived till now and its already 10.19 am.

I am raising complaint not only to get my money back but also request to take actions against the company for frauds and lies. I am also posting this on social network
I have attached all the images and also the snapshots of emails. I hope bigbasket should be able to recognize customer details with the order id.

Bigbasket.com — Poor quality of vegetables and fruits
The order which I received this this time was of low quality.the vegetables were half rotten .the watermelon was unripened .the first two service was good ...but this time it was a big disappointment.
