Every-time i place an order through express delivery, the order is cancelled by their operational team without customer's consent, and the lame reason given by them always remains the same : due to some technical difficulty we have cancelled your order.
It has happened each and every single time we have opted the products to be deliver by express delivery. And the interesting part is that the person who cancel the order is not able to cite the specific details of the "technical difficulty" they face. This is so frustrating. I don't understand why have they devised these two fancy terms - express delivery and standard delivery, if they mean the same. And when we try to reach out to manager, we are told after a few minutes of waiting that he is busy and can not attend the call.
Desirable resolution:
1. Please find a resolution for the technical difficulty, which keeps occurring over and over again, and if you can't, just remove the express delivery option from the website.
2. If you need to cancel the order due to some "technical difficulty", do the customer know in advance so that they can make alternative arrangements. Was this information helpful? |
