Usually the vouchers available on your mobile application doesn't get applied. After that your application place the order to cod by default. If i have to apply the offer than after 60 mins you ask me to cancel and re-place the order for which inr 30 is charged as cancellation fee. I must say this is really smart way to fool and loot the customer.
I want to understand why you put these vouchers when they don't work?
Why am i paying cancellation fee when your executive advised me to replace the order.
Your customer care executives do not provide correct guidance, are they specially trained to fool the customers?
With this attitude you are certainly loosing customers like me (Bb star member) i feel really sad to opt for big basket when i have more professional players in the market.
