[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — Jivo oil prices - double charged my senior citizens parents | |
Hi Yesterday my mom paid twice the amount for canola oil 3 bottles were free with 3 liters of oil. The delivery person took money for six and left only 3 bottles. Even though the bottle had written one free on another The call center refuses to refund my money. I paid 1083 for 3 liter of oil. When the original cost is 889/- for 5 liters.
