Bigbasket.com — My order got cancelled but money got deducted

I have complained on this site.after that i got call from big basket they have told they will replace my order on tuesday i.e 13th september 2016.

Due to bandh it has been cancelled can you please look in to it.

please try to replace my order help me to get my product.
Try to fix this problem soon
Please help me in this.
