Bigbasket.com — Not get the delivery

I Sanjib Mukherjee, My order No: BKOFO[protected]. Order of Rs around 12000. Paid by Net Banking.

My delivery is scheduled on 13 Nov 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM,
But still I didnt got the delivery yet. The delivery boy from Ruby Kolkata came and called me and I waited for him around 30 min, but then without delivering, he left away. I gave the online payment yesterday only but because of this stupid big basket service, i am just saying that Big basket is the worst service provider. When I am calling the delivery boy he is not receiving the phone and just ignoring. Is this the service that you all give and advertise in TV.
