Bigbasket.com — Order delivered to wrong address

My order no.EXN[protected] 20230192
was delivered to Villa No C33 instead of B33 yesterday. How can the delivery person deliver without checking. I contacted customer care on call and chat. No response from them . They said they call back. But no call received si far. Very worst experience. We are the regular customer for you
