My bro place order on 31 october
That is not delivery by big basket
They said it is commercial and block
Money illegaly
Customercare is also not supporting
Please do something
Many people said this is happenend
By big basket
They take payment and not delivered

How it can be done by them that take payment and not give delivery
Big basket customer care said that amount is back on app
But app is blocked by big basket
I know around 5 to 6 people suffer this
