Extremely dissatisfied with the service offered. I had placed an order on the big basket app on 30th June and my slot timings for delivery was for 1st July between 05:00-07:30pm eventually the order didn't arrive between the slot timings, neither did I get any call or message for the delay in delivery. Your delivery guy reached my house at 10:00 in the night which not all acceptable. Since I was not at home I asked him to reschedule it for the next morning i.e. 2nd July before 12pm to which he agreed.
Again the order was not delivered and I get a messages stating that I have rescheduled it for a later time, which I didn't. After several attempts I managed to reach your so called customer care number which is full of highly incompetent staff, I raised my concern and was put through one of your supervisor's named Priya. I was promised by her that my order will be delivered before 6pm. You guys failed to fulfil your promise for the 2nd time I didn't receive my order. I had to take the trouble of calling you customer service centre and spoke to your staff so called supervisor Mahesh Kumar Rathod, I was shocked to know that my concern and my complaint was not documented by your previous supervisor, I had to go through the trouble of explaining him the whole reason on why I am calling and I get another foolish and unacceptable answer that my order will be delivered post 8pm today. He was extremely rude and not at all helpful. Wow this seems like a joke to me, you guys are highly incompetent and not worthy of being trusted. Your customer service is just a waste of time. Not going use your pathetic and stupid service anymore. Will also raise it to the consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
