Bigbasket.com — Payment Deducted twice (Netbanking), confirmed by my bank, Bigbasket says deducted only once and not yet refunded. | |||||
Hi, I have my Big basket order delivered on 1st May, 2017 at 8:45am amounting to Rs. 946/- for which the payment had been done online via net banking. There has been deduction of Rs. 946/- twice i checked my account transaction. Post connecting with BB customer care they told me (via email) that the payment has been credited only once and i should contact my bank. I contacted my bank, raised a complaint where in i got the confirmation from the bank representative that the money has been credited twice on 1st May 2017 to BB bank and i should rewrite a email to BB customer care plus the Bank representative. Its 17th May 2017 today i haven't received any resolution nor my money (Rs.946/-) back. Don't know between the Bank and Big Basket who is going to revert my money back.
