[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — prepaid order not delivered | |
My prepaid order has not been delivered yet. Its already more than 1hr post the defined schedule. No communication from bigbasket yet. I am not able to connect to the customer service as they don't work after 10pm. I am not able to cancel the order as it is showing on the way. My money is stuck. Please escalate & take action accordingly. Also please help to refund my money stuck with the order as soon as possible. Order details are attached below for reference.
