Hi,
I am using bbdaily to buy curd every day during these lockdown. The payment for these delivery is from prepaid wallet.
However these guys are not delivering since last 5 days but deducting the money from wallet. I dropped an email to the customer care but no reply. Then i called them and after 20 retries i was finally able to connect with them. They just said sorry for inconvenience and this will be resolved by today eod but nothing happened. Neither i got the product nor i got my refund. It is so frustrating to deal with their customer service as they are so hard to reach and do not provide proper resolution.
