Hello guys,
Being the regular user of bigbasket i would like to bring your attention that i have been trying to reach your executive for many reason, but no one is available in in "ask me" chat option. Luck by chance if somebody connects they drop a message disappear quickly.
1. I wanted to return few products, which fall under 2 day return policy, but slot was never available since i received the product.
Why i wanted to return?
A. It came in bad condition,
B. It was rotten, smelly
Product - tomatoes, muskmelon, green chillies
2. I wanted to raise a ticket about missing product, i again tried reaching, but no response
From my last order one product is missing - grapes
3. Expiry/wrong quality product, i was shocked to see fungus in my food, the time i am cooking it.
Chidhva /poha - i saw 2-3 pods of black fungus with insects roaming in my poha..
4. Last i wanted to return one product which i added twice in my list
Product which i wanted to return - macroni
5. I have placed new order as well, after seeing chidhva in this fungus condition, i want you to cancel chidhva from my present order right away.
I want you to take action right away, i have tried reaching you guys many times, i understand you have deliveries, but you can't deliver wrong/smelly/rotten/fungus food to your customer.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
