Every time for the last 6 deliveries that i have placed orders for frim big basket the online credit card payment is declined stating an issue at their end, but the order is placed. When i call up the support staff mention that they can see the transaction has failed but only suggestion is to try again which doesn't ever happen. Then they say i could use the credit or debit card on delivery. The delivery boys have never carried the card swipe equipment.in times when cash transactions are strongly being discouraged this kind of practices from big basket are unacceptable.
