BB Big basket (Popular) brand supplied sugar on 21st October 2020.On opening slight bluish particles inside the pack & sugar taste was too sour had to spit immediately.Informed in writing to BB customer complaint through BB app & as well as separate e -mail to customer complaint gave my phone number also. No follow up phone call received . Only one mail received, Ticket No. [protected](given) & asking again to elaborate & again forwarded the complaint, but no response. Again interacted through app customer care in text message & was informed that complaint will be forwarded.
I informed initially that I am not looking for replacement but to alert BB to re check that lot and stop supplying to other customers but no response. I understand their customer complaint is eye wash they know that very few customers will go to court as customers will avoid court botheration and they take advantage of that.
