I have placed order and was suppose to received items yesterday between 7:30 PM to 10 PM via order # BPO[protected] . But did not receive.
I waited till 9:30 PM yesterday then called on customer care number, they informed me Items are on the way and will be delivered in next 30 minutes.
Below is the message which i received at 9:40 PM Yesterday.
Regarding your order # BPO[protected]. Based on current status there could be a delay of 30 min beyond. Our sincere apologies. Thank you. Bigbasket Team.
Even though i did not receive order yesterday.
Moreover when i called today morning got to know my order is cancelled i don't know why when i am tracking my orders and talking to customer care executive.
Questions on Process :
1. Why Order was not delivered on Time ?
2. Why Customer care sent message that you will get your order in next 30 min when no one was coming to deliver the order.
3. If there was problem in delivery they should send order today morning, why it got cancelled. Really Very Disappointing.
I may not purchase any items in future but kindly deliver my order this time as my last order from Big Basket. Was this information helpful? |
