Bigbasket.com — Unprofessional behaviour. | |||||
I ordered items from big basket and the delivery team was so unprofesional. Delivery guy was so bad that i had to guide him 10 times and still he could not find the place.. I was getting casual type calls from big basket customer care banglore asking me to guide the delivery guy.. And it just went on and on and still the guy couldnt find the place.. These guyz without even apologizing cancelled my order. Very bad experience with them.. Hope their team improves.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
