[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — bad quality of food items | |||||
We ordered 16epigamia yoghurts, and out of which we receivef 8rotten puffed yoghurts. I really wonder what they think of customers, just because customers have trusted them and have ordered online without actually checking the items because we trusted them. But big basket just cheated. Itsnot first time they have done this, also when i tried to log a complain at their site, the toll free number doesnt provide any option to log the complaint.
