BigRock India — Billed for Auto Renew Hosting and now refusing to refund cancellation

I am a loyal bigrock customer since 7 years and one product (single domain windows hosting) which was not supposed to renew, auto renewed and now they are saying they will not refund the money when they clearly have a 30 day money back policy and when asking the customer service reps they say it is only for new order and renewals are not purchases. Absolutely horrific experience and a third class web host. Much better to use other web hosts who at least value their long time customers.

Updated by viraajcc They have resolved this same issue for others but are denying me the same! What a useless customer service experience this has been!
