[Resolved] BigRock India — regarding payment for the domain registration | |||
I have purchased a domain from bigrock through paytm payments bank. The transaction was succesfull and the amount was deducted but it is showing in my bigrock account that payment is still to be made. I have contacted them and they said that the payment did not hit their gateway. Then i have contacted paytm and they have confirmed me that the payment was indeed succesfull and is credited to their bank account . I have contacted them many times but of no use. They are saying the same that the payment did not hit their gateway. Help me with this. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
