We are registered some number of domains and hosting services from bigrock. But now i got an issue with bigrock as they are suspending my account frequently.
It started when my account disk space exceeded. I have deleted the additional data and brought down the disk space. But they are told us to reduce it to below 10 gb, when it is done they had suspended the account and now they are asking to reduce to below 7 gb.
It is well known we could at least 20 gb of disk space, but some employees are not willing to grant the usually provided disk space to us. Why they are acting like this?

I need to close this issue and continue the service with bigrock, with a usual disk space usage limit of 20 gb, which is advertised while we take this plan.
We use mails in mobiles and other devices also, so it is required to store every mails for couple of weeks before deleting.
We took an 'advanced linux hosting' plan, it says ‘unlimited space’. And when we chat with your colleague they confirms it is 20 gb. But some arrogant employees especially named as lavina, is showing revenge to us and not allowing to use the provided space. Was this information helpful? |
