BigRock India — New Hosting Purchased instead of renewal

I wanted to renew my hosting plan with latest cheap plans. I paid on portal. But it purchased NEW hosting plan for my another domain. My existing hosting package is going to expire in 7 days. I am in stress now.

Their customer support number is showing message: "This number does not exists."

I request to renew my existing hosting plan (multidomain), and cancel that new plan before 6th April 2021. Otherwise I need to face huge data loss.

Updated by lahoo.shete I tried to call BigRock's Support. It is continuously telling "All executives are busy." I was waiting for 25 minutes, but no one attended my call.
