Dear sir,
I have purchased bigrock pro hosting order with order id 77958190 on 10/08/2017 and was valid till 9/08/2020.
Due to some error, the order was deleted but no refund was given to me.
When i contacted bigrock support they said, we cannot provide any support and order cannot be restored back.
Now i am not able to host the websites despite paying full amount.
Please help.
I tried to escalate the matter to [protected]@bigrock.com and even their nodal officer [protected]@bigrock.com but there is no response from their end.
Bigrock is cheating its customers big time by fraudulently taking money from its customers and does not provide services.
They are pressing hard for making a purchase again.
I have asked them if technically it is not possible from front end, the order can be restored in its original from by getting the support from backend team. They are simply not helping me by allowing me to host the websites.
I need to host websites immediately but not getting any support from bigrock.
Kindly look into this matter and help resolve the issue at the earliest.

Even the Nodal Officer of BigRock is so shameless to acknowledge the email.
How can a customer even think that they will provide support when Nodal Officer despite several reminder emails does not even acknowledged the receipt of the email.
Such a shame on BigRock and its support team.
