BigRock India — ssl is not installed for goigi.com for the last 10 days

Hi,

We have renewed the ssl for goigi.com, issued the certificate, followed bigrock support team instruction. But nothing happend. For the last 10 days, bigrock is not able to resolve the ssl issue of goigi.com.

Neither their senior tech team is able to handle this problem. Their support chat is not opening. Through call they are not assisting.

Without my knowledge i created this account, i need the money back
they called me 2 twice regarding this query . they wanted to keep the customer just like that so they are not responding for the account deletion.
i need my money back and account must be deleted
