Bigrock — Websites down from past 6 days

I am having Multi Domain hosting plan for my 7 websites and last Friday all my website's folders were deleted from BigRock servers and now after 6 days they could restore only 3 websites and 4 are yet to be restored, they don't lift the phones and their service is very ridiculas. They just ask to create a ticket and on-line chatting just gives political answers no resolution of the problem. My name is Vaibhav and I have the account with primary website www.cashmybrain.com
