I was booking my movie ticket on book my show site on 6 August 2024 at 9.11 pm . But the money had been deducted from my account but the ticket has not been confirmed. Their policy is that they will refund the money in 5 7 working days but it has now 10 days . Please review my complaint help me in issuing my refund
