I booked 4 tickets for "kaatru veliyidai" using bookmyshow.com for usha multiflux - tirupur, dharapuram road, 10 :00pm show for date 14th april 2017 using idbi netbanking
After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, nothing.
But an amount of rs 920 was debited from my account. this transaction was done on 14th april 2017.
I waited for around 20-25 minutes, but i didn't receive any sms or e-mail from book my show for confirmation of tickets but i did receive...
