Bikanervala / Bikano — Loss of Reputation and Goodwill of the Company Bikanervala by not accepting the pre paid Vouchers

Dear Sir/ Madam,
We would like to draw your kind attention towards Non acceptance of Pre paid Vouchers of Bikanervala provided through State Bank of India (SBI). We, staff of SBI, have been iisued Pre paid vouchers of Bikanervala on account of Diwali sweets by SBI, LHO, New Delhi. Due to some reason some vouchers for the amount of Rs.900/- were kept somewhere and could not be used. We contacted Bikanervala shop at Kharag Singh Marg, New Delhi from where these vouchers were provided by making an arrangement with SBI, LHO, New Delhi. The concerned Manager of the Outlet refused to accept these vouchers for the reason validity expired.

In this connection, We want to emphasize that the money for these vouchers have already been paid by SBI. It means the amount paid by SBI has been lost or your office may have refunded the unused amount. If the amount o[censored]nused vouchers is refunded to SBI then please advise the date of refund to SBI. If not refunded then these vouchers must be accepted as a special case to justify value for money. We are not asking you to accept vouchers on previous rate of the items. These to be accepted at present rate of the items equal to the amount of vouchers.
We hope that you will instruct your Manager of the outlet to accept the vouchers to protect the loss of Reputation and Goodwill of the Esteemed Company Bikanervala.
