I have purchased two masala dosage & sweets (Ghever& kalakand) from bikanervala, shop in modipuram, meerut (Up) on dated 15/08/2018. After eating these foods i have suffered from indigestion & stomach pain.
So, i am complaining against the above said severe problem.

    My self jyotish prashad sah and mobile [protected]. I have a small soap near sanjay enclave jahangirpuri. I havev already purchage a product every day but your some bikano chana masala packet is damage and bar code no[protected]. Because your manufacturing faoult or others i dont now.. Also different date is their mention in the packet. So kindelly apporach to me. But you can not take responce i approach to fassai complane centre also approch to indian gov. Site. That packet aslo give to the food testing dept. Of india...

      I bought a cake from bikanerwala located at Gt karnal road, 110009 at 6 pm on 18th july, 2018 and cut it at 12am that night. The cake smelt so bad and it was all spoilt by that time... I went to bikanerwala on 19th july and the manager talked so rudely to me and said that we don’t give guarantee for cakes... I want a strict action regarding this else as soon as possible from the company side. I left the cake their itself.

        This is the complaint regarding your varanasi branch the quality of your products are very very poor. They are not able to meet the product quality of the bikanerwala and the materials they are using is also very old and bad. I have never eaten such bad food ever in my life. The quality of rajkarochi, dosa, and chote bhature was worst. I think u should see to it

        I use to visite hear 3to 4 times a week every single time I get worst treat from the employees o bikanervala bhelupur Varanasi ..They dnt ask u water after the meal even u dnt get a fresh glass to serve yourself ..This time it was the last visit ..

          On 30/6/18 i have visited your bicano store at yamuna expressway near jewar toll plaza at around 10:40 pm and i ordered a fresh lime soda at the store the staff didn't provided me with the bill and said that the counter is closed and after an argument they provided me a bill which is of 5:00 pm and have a item named city fresh punched on it i said i want the bill of my order they refused to give so. The staff is looting your company and i have been in this situation many a times before at the same store. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

            I had a pathetic experience at buffet dinner when i along with my family went to your rajouri garden outlet on 10th june. The food was of very poor quality like noodle, biryani were stale. It seems that it was like left over food. Fruits were not fresh and only watermelon was there. Fruit cream was sour nd tastel. As per buffet, 4 flavors of ice cream should be available, but only 1flavour vanilla was available and that too in melted form. Pastries were not there, however my children hv repeatedly asked d service boys, but of no use. All the things were reported to the manager also, but i was surprised, he has also not taken any action i was regular customer of bikanerwala, but now our fahv stopped going there. I. Would recommend other also to not to go to bikanerwala to hv such kind of bitter experience

            I have visited your sector 12 branch, here they are only providing 1 item out of 5 which are offered in special breakfast menu. The staff said they can offer the said menu items after 11.30 in normal rates. I do not think this is worthy to visit bunakrvala now, there is no authenticity now for your brand

              I ordered 2 items on 29 may 2018. First time, when i ordered, it was showing order has been cancelled and amount was already deducted from my bank account so i started transaction 2nd time. Again it was showing order has been cancelled and again amount was deducted from my account. Si i called to customer care. She said, our website shows that order has been cancelled until we recieve money. So i told her to refund the money for first order and to deliver the second order. She told, ok mam i am initiating refund process for your 2nd order.
              Website is also showing on hold status for that order (Order no.

              Please provide the solution of this problem asap.

                We visited the biknerwala rohini west delhgi on 31 st may 2018 and ordered vide inovoice no. Cs[protected] dtd.[protected] rs.634/-

                1. Quality of masala dosa was of very poor quality.
                2. Deluxe thali has very poor quality of veg. And the bread were also not good for eating.
                I am sorry of visitibg a very poor quality restaurant.
                Pls improve quality and be vigilent to listen for complaint if any by any customer.

                  It happened today with me @rdc Ghaziabad. My order was Paneer Pacoda and veg patty.
                  Paneer pakoda was fine.
                  But after eating half a patty, I saw that a cockroach was dead inside the patty.
                  I complained but he not serious to this matter.
                  I have given you an invoice and veg patty image that you have seen cookroach.
                  please take a necessary action on this matter.

                    In your packet of matar masala with batch no b1b13g, i have found a stone while eating the content of the packet. I also tried to throw that piece on the floor it sounded like a stone. It is a bad symbol for your reputed company. You should take proper monitoring of the product while sending to the market. The trust of customer starts to decline after such incident.

                        We have received dhokla plain form your shop, we get a stapler pin during eating dhokla.
                        It could have been a very serious accident with us.
                        If you will provide this type problem in your product, how can trust with you.
                        Be serious during product manufacturing.

                          Hi,

                          This happened with me today @rdc ghaziabad. I was given stale jodphuri laddos and the mistake i committed was not to taste the same before buying. The sweet given to me was at least two days old. I was smelling and the ghee of the sweet was easily coming in the sweets. My wife & son ate and vomited. I ate and spitted with the very first bite.

                          I went to rdc to make a complaint and found mr. Matthew there. He blatantly denied, instead, he said he has changed the recipe of it & so its tasting differently and according to him i am not aware of this. I was startled to hear this. Instead taking feedback he is indifferently telling me that i do not know what jodhpuri laddo taste's like. He got my sweets changed to special laddo which half of the price. Had this even happened with haldiram, then, they would have accepted the complaint and tried to work on it, instead of teaching / preaching me that i should learn the taste of your sweet.

                          I request you to kindly check the staff & quality of the product being served.

                            I recently visited bikaner restaurant where i was lured to buy the bhaji collection saying i will get a 10 percent reduction card.. They maliciously and purposely hid the fact that it was for purchase above 1000 and valid until march 31
                            This cheap business tactic would deter me from visiting your place again.. A place which i otherwise liked. Please let me know what u can do about this seemingly trivial but very unpleasant experience for a customer

                                I had booked an order of assorted food products (Soanpapdi, namkeens and ready to eat packets) vide order no.[protected] on 13th feb 2018.

                                Received delivery next day with shocking contents as under:

                                One product (Khokha bhujia sev) was expired on the same day!!
                                One product (Palak paneer) was expiring very soon.
                                One product (Shahi mixture) short quantity - 2 pkts of 400gm each, while payment was for 1000 gms as sold on their website.

                                Some other products were manufactured months earlier with short remaining shelf life.

                                Further all items were just dumped in an oversized carton which has damaged/crushed the contents of soft namkeens. The packaging is very poor and unfit for transit by air.

                                If above was not bad enough, the worst was to come. After sales service. Several complaints bounced back with a message mailbox full. Then received an email on 17/feb/2018 informing "this is to inform you that replacement has been resent yesterday. It will be delivered with in 2-3 days". This proved false as nothing was received and they were evasive to provide tracking number.

                                After further reminders, on 23/feb a lady informed 'it was not sent before as her manager hasn't signed release paper yet' and they will provide tracking number by close of day. This has again proved false as not received any communication and neither they have bothered to reply my messages since.

                                I suspect the remaining products will also pass the best by dates by the time they resolve above with such delaying/misleading tactics.

                                Our reason of buying from them (By paying exorbitant courier charge) was to receive fresh products in original and good condition, after their watching their glossy website. As food is perishable and affects health, it is surprising to see such attitude from a manufacturer.

                                If we cannot get satisfactory replacements by monday 26/feb/2018, we would like to return back the whole order and expect a full refund from them to resolve the matter.

                                Regret that their 'expired and about to expire' products sent for our online purchase is totally opposite of international standards and expectation. Unprofessional, misguiding and false information given by their after sales.

                                  Dear team

                                  This is my first time experience with bikanervala online sweet delivery outside delhi. However i am not satisfied with the kind of service you are providing for said parcel. On 21st feb'2018, i made an online transaction but after few seconds it showed transaction cancelled but the amount was successful deducted from my credit card. After so many follow-up calls and an email i got a revert that payment is traced by us but in which half of day was already gone.

                                  I had ordered the sweets, order no is order #[protected]. When i was placing the order before the payment stage, it did not mentioned that the sweets will be delivered from delhi to hyderabad and will take good time of 5-7 days to be delivered. Now my question is why this was not informed to us before making the payment. It is complete fraud and incomplete details provided to the customer. What do you expect, these perishable item will be delivered as fresh without refrigeration.. It is simply not possible.. And why it was not stated to us that the sweets will be delivered from delhi were i was under the impression that it will delivered by your local branch in hyderabad. Seriously i am feeling so stupid to deal with you. I would have contacted the local sweet shop in hyderabad and would have done paytm for delivering the sweets on very same day. And if had to send the sweets from delhi then i would have courier it myself rather than placing an order to you and paying you 240rs for blue dart courier.in your delivery terms and conditions you have not mentioned anything regarding the how you will deliver the perishable sweets without getting it decay in process but you have only emphasized on packaging of the product which is a least concern for the customer. The major concern is how soon you deliver without getting it decay.

                                  I had called the blue dart company and they said it is not booked under the urgent or next day delivery. Now my question is how can you be so money oriented that you are not even bothered to send the parcel of the perishable item in an urgent courier and they are saying that it will take 4 working days to be delivered which means next week... Why did you guys did not opt for 24 hrs delivery package?

                                  Please let me know who will be responsible of the sweets if they decay in transit and when reached in 5-7 working days and will not cause any food poisoning to my family members... This is simply against the food safety and standards act, 2006.

                                  Thank you very much for cheating us and this is last and final transaction made through you. I will make sure it will raise an alarm and awareness on social media as how you are playing with emotions and health of the customers. I will also make sure to take it further in court as it is very sensitive concern to be addressed for the welfare of the future customers.

                                  Lastly, please delivered the sweets by tomorrow itself at any cost or else refund my full amount (You may deduct the gst amount as it is your right), for rest i need full refund.

                                  Even I had similar worst experience with Bikano. They sent some expired and some about-to-expire food products and are clearly misleading/lying and now avoiding to reply. Feel cheated by them after paying so high cost and courier charges to get the products.

                                      We have ordered on 12th jan at around 1:15 in afternoon, for team in our office (Kronos - sector 62, noida). After receiving the bill we got to know that bikanervala jaipuria mall indirapuram has charged extra as we have ordered 200g jalebi but in the bill we were charged for 1kg jalebi instead. Also we have ordered 1 paneer momo and 1 veg momo but instead we got 2 veg momo.
                                      We informed bikanervala about the wrong delivery and wrong payment they have charged after calling sandeep and prasanjith they admitted the mistake but we never got any solution for this. After calling for several days both of them had blocked my numbers and avoided talking to us.
                                      We have already put worst review on google and will make sure that maximum people gets to know about how bikanervala staff torture their customer

                                      Provided complimentary food but didn't refunded money
                                      Bikanervala / Bikano customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Even I had similar worst experience with Bikano. They sent some expired and some about-to-expire food products and are clearly misleading/lying and now avoiding to reply. Feel cheated by them after paying so high cost and courier charges to get the products. (also received short quantity than order).
                                      I placed two orders from bikanervala.com .amount rs. 2192 was deducted twice but both orders cancelled.no information received regarding refund.it is a fraud company.i want a legal action against company.

                                        One fine morning with my tea i opened a new packet of bikano baked delights kaju pista cookies. First one was delicious followed by an urge to eat more. I ate the second one enjoying in my mouth and suddenly found a big stone approx 9mm in my mouth. I was completely astonished “how come a renowned company supply stones in biscuits instead of kaju pista”.
                                        And above all i bought this product in “usa”.
                                        “shame on bikano bikanerwala”
                                        Big companies boast about exporting best quality products overseas. Is this what we get. “stones and pebbles in buscuits”.
                                        I was a regular customer of bikanerwala but as of now it’s a “big no no to bikano bikanerwala”
