This is my first time experience with
bikanervala online sweet delivery outside delhi. However i am not satisfied with the kind of service you are providing for said parcel. On 21st feb'2018, i made an online transaction but after few seconds it showed transaction cancelled but the amount was successful deducted from my credit card. After so many follow-up calls and an email i got a revert that payment is traced by us but in which half of day was already gone.
I had ordered the sweets, order no is order #[protected]. When i was placing the order before the payment stage, it did not mentioned that the sweets will be delivered from delhi to hyderabad and will take good time of 5-7 days to be delivered. Now my question is why this was not informed to us before making the payment. It is complete fraud and incomplete details provided to the customer. What do you expect, these perishable item will be delivered as fresh without refrigeration.. It is simply not possible.. And why it was not stated to us that the sweets will be delivered from delhi were i was under the impression that it will delivered by your local branch in hyderabad. Seriously i am feeling so stupid to deal with you. I would have contacted the local sweet shop in hyderabad and would have done
paytm for delivering the sweets on very same day. And if had to send the sweets from delhi then i would have courier it myself rather than placing an order to you and paying you 240rs for
blue dart courier.in your delivery terms and conditions you have not mentioned anything regarding the how you will deliver the perishable sweets without getting it decay in process but you have only emphasized on packaging of the product which is a least concern for the customer. The major concern is how soon you deliver without getting it decay.
I had called the
blue dart company and they said it is not booked under the urgent or next day delivery. Now my question is how can you be so money oriented that you are not even bothered to send the parcel of the perishable item in an urgent courier and they are saying that it will take 4 working days to be delivered which means next week... Why did you guys did not opt for 24 hrs delivery package?
Please let me know who will be responsible of the sweets if they decay in transit and when reached in 5-7 working days and will not cause any food poisoning to my family members... This is simply against the food safety and standards act, 2006.
Thank you very much for cheating us and this is last and final transaction made through you. I will make sure it will raise an alarm and awareness on social media as how you are playing with emotions and health of the customers. I will also make sure to take it further in court as it is very sensitive concern to be addressed for the welfare of the future customers.
Lastly, please delivered the sweets by tomorrow itself at any cost or else refund my full amount (You may deduct the gst amount as it is your right), for rest i need full refund.
