We have ordered on 12th jan at around 1:15 in afternoon, for team in our office (Kronos - sector 62, noida). After receiving the bill we got to know that bikanervala jaipuria mall indirapuram has charged extra as we have ordered 200g jalebi but in the bill we were charged for 1kg jalebi instead. Also we have ordered 1 paneer momo and 1 veg momo but instead we got 2 veg momo.
We informed bikanervala about the wrong delivery and wrong payment they have charged after calling sandeep and prasanjith they admitted the mistake but we never got any solution for this. After calling for several days both of them had blocked my numbers and avoided talking to us.
We have already put worst review on google and will make sure that maximum people gets to know about how bikanervala staff torture their customer

Provided complimentary food but didn't refunded money
Bikanervala / Bikano customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Even I had similar worst experience with Bikano. They sent some expired and some about-to-expire food products and are clearly misleading/lying and now avoiding to reply. Feel cheated by them after paying so high cost and courier charges to get the products. (also received short quantity than order).
I placed two orders from bikanervala.com .amount rs. 2192 was deducted twice but both orders cancelled.no information received regarding refund.it is a fraud company.i want a legal action against company.

    One fine morning with my tea i opened a new packet of bikano baked delights kaju pista cookies. First one was delicious followed by an urge to eat more. I ate the second one enjoying in my mouth and suddenly found a big stone approx 9mm in my mouth. I was completely astonished “how come a renowned company supply stones in biscuits instead of kaju pista”.
    And above all i bought this product in “usa”.
    “shame on bikano bikanerwala”
    Big companies boast about exporting best quality products overseas. Is this what we get. “stones and pebbles in buscuits”.
    I was a regular customer of bikanerwala but as of now it’s a “big no no to bikano bikanerwala”

      Its has become a regular practice of bikaner sweets to give less product's in parcel bag ...

      Last time Pav was missing...Today Dahi was missing from parcel bag...some days back samosa was missing...

      Customers must count their products again at the receiving counter to avoid such corruption...

        Ordered paneer tikka, paneer pakora, vegetable momos, mattar samosas, chocolate cake, and dahi bhalla. On opening, the packing was pathetic, the paneer tikka, paneer pakoras had fumed, badboodar foul smell paneer. The veg momos were smelling bad and cold! When complained to area accounts incharge, he retorted "aap ney konsi 150 thali ka order diya hai? Arrey thanda hai to garam kar london janab!". We objected to the tenor of his language...

          Hello,

          I came at 8.10am to get 6 plates of breakfast at bikanervala unity one rohini new delhi but the lady at the cash counter was very rude, she lacks the basic lettiquettes to talk to a customer. She handed me the brochure and said that nothing is available for breakfast and it will be only given after 9 am. She even argued with me. And at last i had to return from there.
          If this remains the customer toleration level of bikanervala. I would sujjest all my colleagues to not to buy anything from bikanervala.
          I have been a regular customer with bikanervala, if such staffs are there i am afraid that bikanervala will soon loose its great chunk of business.

            To whom so ever it may concern
            I have placed this order yesterday in the afternoon and i have placed it wrongly as i am staying in lucknow and this order also i want to deliver as diwali gift for my relative. I thought i am placing from lucknow bikarnervala but wrongly placed from delhi.
            After 10 min i have called in your delhi call center on the number provided by you on application they told me that we are cancelling your order and your amount will be automatically transfer to your account after 10 days. But again after many calls they did not received my call yesterday and still i have not received any kind of mail regarding cancellation and message to on my registered number instead of that i have received processing receipt. Kindly please check and revert me back. Waiting for your response.

            I found a long yellow thread in my packet today, not sure what it is but looks like some kind of religious thread people wear in hand. This doesn't look fit to consume.

              I had visited bikanerwala in ild mall gurgaon on two days 9th & 10th of october 2017. On 9th of october i reached @ 11:05 pm & the outlet was closed, upon enquiring i was told that the outlet closes @11.

              On 10th of october i reached the outlet @10:52 pm but i was not allowed to enter as they told me the billing was closed, there were 5 to 6 other customers who protested that the closing timings are 11:00 pm however the manager was adament & told her that billing for today has been closed.

              I wanted to buy some sweets & it would not have taken more than 5 mins however staff did not let me & other customers enter & told us that they can't do anything about it.

              I hope bikanerwal still values the customer & takes an action against the manager who stopped us from buying the goods before the official closing time

                Me and my wife visited gk2 - new delhi bikanervala on 05/10/17 for quick lunch. Order pav bhaji, idli and dahi bhalla.

                1” metal screw came into the bite of pav bhaji, called manager and solution offered was replacement or money refund. I asked for a visiting card of the outlet and left.

                Wrote email the same day to ids listed on their visiting card and got a reply that they would like to speak to me.

                The entire day has passed and still awaiting their call. So surely nothing matters.

                Point here is they considered the life of a person with refund of 115/- or a replacement of the dish.

                We have bought Bikano Diwali packs (Gulab Jamun & Rasgulla) the products inside has the MRP of Rs.260 whereas at the box it is Rs. 285.. These people are cheating by giving the product lesser than the MRP. Please take the necessary action so that other customers do not get duped by them
                I bought a packet of bikano kaju mixture 80gm. Date of manufacture is sep. 2017 batch no. Is B1JAJF25. THERE is no kaju in this. Not even a single kaju. This is heartbreaking.

                  I am working as asi/min in cisf hqrs lodhi road new delhi yesterday on 28.08.17 i purchased a box of bikano rasgulla from our cpc canteen and in the evening after opening the box i feel that the taste is like to be expired and sour too. And bed smelling is also in its juice. Its date of exp is june'2018. Little bit of its liquid is also putting in its cartoon. Hence it is humble requested to kindly solve my problem to replace it or may be refund my amount please. I shall be highly oblized to you for this act of kindness.

                    I would like to inform you that our department has placed an order on payment basis against cash memo no. 9844, dt. 3.3.2017 for rs. 10820/- in, ip vijya mall branch varanasi.in this context, our finance section wants tds certificate against the cash memo (No. 9844, dt. 3.3.2017). Without this certificate, the reimbursement will not be done.
                    We have requested m/s. Bikanervala for this certificate several times, but this is still pending. Due to this our department advance settlement could not adjusted.

                    I ate dosa at bikanervala some hours ago. I'm very disappointed from dosa as the patato was sweet and vegetable like beans I was unable to eat them. Vegetable bean was very hard and tasteless.

                      On friday, 18th aug. I bought many sweets from new branch of bikanervala on nh-24, ghaziabad. All the sweets were packed and given to us. Bill was around rs. 2600/-. I brought these sweets to bangalore on 19th.

                      After opening the packs i found all the sweets and namkeens are tasting stale as if they were kept there from many days. The motichoor ladoos were hard on the surface, the roadted cashews were not crispy at all, angoori petha was having a fermented taste because of sugar syrup.

                      My mistake is i didn't taste the sweets trusting the brand. But i don't think you should put trust in name.

                        The very first visit in bikanerwala cp is not really satisfactory. The executive here on counters or the one who are supposed to prepare the food for you like the one named suman do not really have the manners to talk to customers. Further, they are not listening what you are asking.
                        Great, representatives of bikanerwala are not really supposed to treat the customers like this....

                        Worst experience in bikanerwala at unity one mall (Rohini west)... The spoiled paneer dosa that too with the renowned brand bikaner wala. Paneer of the dosa was smelling very badly, we offered the manager to eat the same in front of public but he refused and accepted he knew very well that paneer was smelling even then they served it. They make the people fool and try to get it going like nothing happen in front of others and my humble request to all not to visit bikanerwala at rohini west.

                          I bought three 1 kg packs ofb bikano tasty. There ia a hair completely visible. Intangled in mixture which is coated over peanut. This was awful, i server it to my guests. And belive me it was really embaracing situation for us. I had dropped a mail to [protected]@bikano.com. On 2nd may.. Till day. After a long chase of reminders i got a reply from eshu bali asking for my address. Post which till day i havent got any call or any representative visit. I actually lost trust with bikano brand. If still no action will be taken. I wll be forced to move to next level as its a case of deficiency of services.

                            Hi!

                            I visited your cafe near mathura toll (110a, ph-1 tulsi bagh dayal bagh agra) on august 2nd 2017 with my family. I ordered pani puri and bhala papdi there. The taste of pani puri was awful so i checked the packet. They are selling expired products there. When i asked to speak to manager, the manager was rude.
                            Kindly guide me in the matter or shall i take it to consumer forum. I am attaching pictures of receipts and the product.

                            Today my family opened Bikano aloo bhujia namkeen and they have found cockroach in the namkeen. This give a very bad feel for food and also give a view how team is looking for packaging n food quality.
                            It's not a first time we are having bikano but this incident allowing us not to use bikano.

                              Sir,

                              I purchased one cookies pack from bikanervala, in this pack 6 different types of cookies but in this pack neither packing date, batch no. Mention nor expiry date mentioned. Pl tell me how it is possible that these cookies r expired or not & how much time period to consume these cookies. These are good for health & any infection from these cookies when i eat these cookies.

                              Any packing department supervisor/operators & quality department person not checked when these cookies packed. This is the negligence of company staff.

                              Cookies pack picture attached in mail.

                              I already complaint 15 days before but till date neither any action taken this company seriously.

                              Pl reply asap.

                                I am the residence of a-353, derawala nagar front of bikaner. Water is logged outside my residence. It is dangerous to our health as will cause dengue and malaria. It is so smelly and we are facing health issue. Bikaner sweets wash their utensils daily and the water is logged due to which we cant stand at the balcony.

                                Kindly as soon as possible please clean this and provide the solution.

                                  I am to inform you that on 20th of july 2017 i purchased half kg small black gulab jamun and 250 gm. Of kaju barfi from your outlet in unity one in rohini, delhli as 21st of july 2017 was my daughter's birthday. Even on 21st we had dinner in the same outlet, it is very disappointing that after consuming half of gulab jamun we found a fly in the box. I threw the box and i would say that it was my mistake that i didn't click the photo of that box.
                                  In view of the above fact, now i will neither purchase sweets/ food products from your shop nor i will recommend your product to my friends and relatives.

                                    We have just visited your bikanervala company owned outlet at meerut on 21st july 2017 we ordered for a deluxe thali. All the vegetables curries offered were of very poor quality. I am a regular customer of bikanervala in gurgaon sec 29, however the food offered at meerut outlet was totally distasteful and of poor quality. Request you to kindly go and check ur food preparations in this outlet as they are using poor quality ingredients but asking us the same price. It reflects very poorly on your name and reputation. Pls do something about it.
