    I have bought bikaner laddu from outlet of bikanervala ambedkar road, Ghaziabad.Product is smelling like old low quality refined oil was used to make the product.I need action on this because the product is smelling bad and rotten.

      Hello,
      I bought bikanerwala gift vouchers from Amazon but the outlets in hyderabad refused to accept them saying they are valid only at delhi outlets and not in hyderabad. Please give me a refund for this.
      I have tried calling customer care as well but no proper response.

          I visited a Bikanervala outlet on Muzaffarnagar Highway and my experience was really bad. The staff was rude and gave us food with onion and garlic despite telling him about our requirements of Jain food. Furthermore, he sold us Rasgullas at a price higher than printed on the menu.

            Had masala dosa at bikano dehradun pacific mall India. Worst sambar ever had it was like water and the tomato chutney was cold like it came from deep freezer. Informed the person didn’t do anything about it.

              आज 18.12.2022 को मै फैमिली के साथ खाना खाने बीकानेरवाला राजनगर एक्सटेंशन गाजियाबाद आया था। मेन खाने का ऑर्डर पेमेंट देने के बाद नंबर 36 टोकन मिला और खाना टेबल पर वेटर द्वारा सर्वे कर दिया गया। जब पूछा अगर और रोटी लेनी हो तो काउंटर वाले ने बताया कि वेटर को बोल देना, उसका पैसा बाद में देना। खाना खाते समय वेटर नही आया तो मेरा भाई काउंटर पर गया तो उससे रोटियों के पैसे ले लिए गए। पूछा तो कहने लगा पता नहीं था। रोटी के लिए वेट ही करते रहे।
              गलती सिस्टम की है। जब वेटर ने मेन ऑर्डर दिया तो उसकी फॉलो अप की ड्यूटी बनती थी जो उसने की नही। और उसके बाद काउंटर पर चार्ज भी नही होना चाहिए था। पूरा मैटर आशीष जी मैनेजर को बता दिया गया है

                  The MRP of the Gift Box is 300 and we were told that there is a 13% discount offer so we bought the gift pack which content following

                  1.Rasgulla MRP -150
                  2. khatta meetha MRP -20
                  3. lajawab mixture MRP -20.
                  4. natkhat nimbu MRP -20
                  5. shahi mixture MRP -20

                  so for MRP 300 /- outside in side material is only worth MRP 230/- and we have been charged at 252/- Tax paid

                  This is purely cheating to the customer and we should go to consumer court and also put the issue to BIKANO for their FALSE and Misleading information.

                  failure to give the proper and satisfactory answer with refund of our money will lead to raising the matter legally.

                      We had placed an Order for sweets online from Bikanerwala on the occasion of Diwali for my family- order ID 3727572 on 19-Oct for a delivery in Mumbai. Paid Rs. 2124/-

                      As per tracking this order of sweet boxes reached Mumbai on the 21st October 22. As per the status it was scheduled to be delivered by 24-Oct 22.

                      With great difficulty and effort we started to make contact with the Courier delivery company from 23rd Oct since it did not get delivered and we could have one of our family members collect them. We made 7 contacts online only to be advised on the 7th email that sweets will be delivered on 31st Oct. Furthermore, they redirected us to contact Bikanervala or Shiprocket as they are the official courier company to deliver these sweets and there is no contact available for them. What a waste of time and effort. The 7 contacts were made with Amazon shipping as that was the name listed on the tracking.

                      My grievances are as follows:
                      1. The sweets did not reach my family on the festival occasion of Diwali on time as promised.
                      2. There is no followup service from Bikanervala or the courier company to provide us with the status. We kept on hoping that the sweets would reach by Diwali or a day later.
                      3. When a customer places an order via the website, it clearly advises that the sweets have a shelf life of 7-10 days.
                      Despite our 3 emails to Bikanervala in simple plain English requesting no to deliver stale expired sweets after a week of Diwali, yet stale unpresentable, crushed and smashed sweets were delivered to my family causing me embarrassment and a shame on big Mithaiwala company.
                      3. We requested for either fresh sweets to be delivered or a refund. All this has been conveniently ignored and no action was taken by customer care Bikanervala. We were given a contact number [protected] after emails, which we have tried calling with no response.
                      There has been no acknowledgement from Bikanervala for the email request made.
                      This was the last attempt to give a chance to a big company like Bikanervala to wish my family on a festive occasion.

                      Hereby we request for a refund of the amount spent on the sweets for Rs 2124.00 and compensation for all he angst, inconvenience, time spent on followups, embarrassment.

                      I write this complaint with utmost disappointment because I have used services for a number of years and in the last couple of years it has only deteriorated.

                      We would not trust Bikanervala for festive occasions and would not prefer to order again.

                      We await an earliest resolution on this.

                          I am Sumit arora from rohtak.i make a purchase from reliance store 6 box of Bikano kaju katli 325gm each box.i also attached bill copy. When we open kaju katli box we found sweet in very bad condition we found fungus(bacteria) on kaju katli.sweet is in bad condition we can't imagine to taste it . We throw this sweet Box in dustbin. Very bad experience with Bikano, never expect this kind of quality from Bikano.

                            The guys are Bikanervala in general & more so at sector-18 behave very idiotic and arrogant. There is no redressal mechanism also there. These guys should be boycotted and severely punished for their bloody arrogance and the way they treat their customer.
                            Everytime one visits the place it feels like they take our money & treat ike beggars. Wish someday these guys are revolted upon with severe consequences of the worst order personally & professionally.

                                I purchased gulab jamun and other sweets from the outlet of bikanerwala sahibabad ghaziabad opposite Vaishali metro station during the eve of raksha bandhan. When my 3 old year son ate the price of gulabjamun then suddenly my wife saw that hair was inside the gulab jamun which was inside the gulab jamun and two edges of hair were seeing outside. When we plucked that hair we were very much shocked after seeing a long size hair. After that we made a complaint to the bikanerwala outlet along with other higher officials of the company but nobody took any coercive action against our complaint. After a lot of excercise we got the no of director of bikanerwala named as Manish Agarwal then we also informed him but same as perviously he also took no action by simply saying that he has informed his staff to take the matter but he didn't even bother to take the feedback. Now he is not picking up the phone and not reading the messages. Just because of customers they have become a brand and after becoming a brand they are treating us like insects. When I said to their legal team that I'll file a complaint in consumer forum then upon that they said we will clearly deny that this gulabjamun is not belong to us as it in box not in sealed packed container. Upon this i said what you will say upon your box on the above bikanerwala is mentioned them they said we will say that perhaps you have managed that box. See the cleverness of the legal team of brands. They are not thinking about even small kids life. This happened with my kid so what is surety that next time it will not be happened with other kids whose mom or dad is part of bikanerwala. Upon this they said they will see that as I don't have to bother about this. I was very much surprised after seeing this kind of behaviour and attitude of the staff of Bikanerwala. On you tube the owner of bikanerwala says that customers satisfaction is our first priority and their successors and staff are misbehaving with their customers. Now i have been compelled by the legal team, other staff and director of the Bikanerwala to take the shelter of the concerned court in order to take the justice and compensation amount which they have given me in shape of mentally harassment and agony. I can't tolerate this because it happened with my little son aged about 3 years only. My name is Pranay Dubey and my contact no is [protected].

                                    I live in Germany, Nurenberg. On Sunday morning, I visited Bikanervala for buying some sweets for my office before returning to Germany.
                                    I bought 1 KG sweet box and 3KG of the same kind in different 250gm boxes. Today I joined office back and offered the sweets to my colleaues.

                                    Unfortunately, there are so many black stones in sweets that made the whole impression about the quality of Indian sweets staled.
                                    I am attaching one of the photograph. Dont know, if such good restaturent is failed to maintain the quality, what is the meaning of paying hefty amount and bearing the insult for bad sweets?

                                    I dont know even fully return can return the prestige of my gift.

                                      We had placed 2 orders online on 1st August 2022 of sweet box along with almonds on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan for 2 addresses to be delivered in Mumbai. At the time of ordering this your website clearly mentions delivery in 5-7 days.
                                      1st order was promptly delivered within timelines. Thank you.
                                      2nd order ID 1727046 was ordered and dispatched on 01st August with tracking reference # [protected] via Xpressbees Courier Company. This order reached the Courier Company on 06th August at the destination i.e. Mumbai and reflected as pending delivery.

                                      We made numerous phone calls, emails and even Facebook Messengers to this courier customer service asking for status and delivery details. Phone line for customer services would just disconnect after pressing the correct options. We learnt that the courier company returned the item back to Bikanervala on 11th August. All our efforts to contact the courier company were just futile.
                                      12th August courier company replied stating “the said shipment is under cancellation process as we have received notification to return the shipment from the client i.e. Bikanervala”. We yet followed up with them as there was not even a single contact made with the recipient i.e. my brother about this shipment carrying Raksha Bandhan sweets.

                                      The purpose of sending Raksha Bandhan sweets was defeated.

                                      The courier company Bikanervala has chosen to send sweets is totally incompetent and should be changed and better courier services should be used.

                                      Furthermore, Bikanervala has failed to inform us and apologise for the inability to fulfil the order and provide a refund for something ordered 21 days ago. We have made numerous attempts to call Bikanervala as well with no luck.

                                      It is a shame that we as customers have to follow up. This is something Bikanervala should have reached out to us with an apology and a refund.
                                      Just for your information, we organised another box of sweets using Amazon.com services and it was delivered in 3 days to my brother.

                                      We would like to ask for a refund and compensation for the mental agony, stress and time spent.

                                      I am looking forward to hearing with a complaint reference, acknowledgement and a resolution.

                                        Yesterday we ordered some snacks (samosas, bread pakodas, dhokla)from bikanervala Rajnagar Extension through zamoto. The food delivered wasn't just bad and stale it smelled when opened to take a bite pakodas were freezed as if they've been in the fridge and samosas smelled when taken a bite, dhokla was utterly stale with freshly pickled green chilles to give it a fresh look.
                                        The issue was raised on zamoto then and there and we were compensated with a wholesome amount of 9 rupees to an order amounting to almost 400 rupees which is not something that one can feel compensated with compared to the humiliation one faces in front of their guests.
                                        A call was also made to the same franchise the next day, where we got the response that it cannot be the case and the person was bewildered as to how can this happen and suggested that we should file a complaint to zamoto only.
