The food they served was not properly cooked, and on telling them about it they started to misbehave and also used abusive language.
The time was around 11 at night and i think some of them were even drunk.
Afterwards they also got agree to refund the amount of the dish which was not cooked properly but that doesn’t matter after all that misbehaviour they did to us.
I want to complaint against them and will also ensure that strict action is taken regarding this matter.

    Respected sir,

    On this diwali i purchased sweets from bikanerwala sweets pvt limited (Bikano burfi delight) 400 gm.
    When i opened pack of sweets i found sheets condition not looks good, but due to brand of bikanerwala i tried to eat but after eating my digestive system got unbalance and resulting to this loose motion.

    So sir please take required attention on this matter because this activity direct play with faith of consumers.

        I would like to bring to your kind attention that i recently purchased bikano kaju burfi (Batch no. B2agb, mfg. Date: 06/10/2019) on the occasion of diwali. After consuming few pieces of the kaju burfi by my family and myself, i suddenly noticed that there was some white-greenish cottony outgrowth over quite a few pieces of kaju burfi and after examining closely i came to realise that it has been spoiled by fungus. This is not the quality of food product that one would expect after paying a competitive price for it.

        I would like to know to whom should i hold responsible for such a negligence in your manufacturing process and what if anything happens to the consumers of your spoiled product? Therefore, it is in this reference, i would like to have a resolution to this problem at the earliest or else i would have to take a strict action in this matter.

        Moreover, i tried calling bikano customer care helpline a number of times but no one even bothered to pick up the call. I also mailed them my complaint but got no revert on the matter. This is extremely pathetic of bikano to sell such a substandard product after charging a competitive price. Bikano, how do you propose on providing a resolution to this problem? Who is going to refund the money i paid for the spoiled product. I have box of kaju burfi intact for examination.

        I have ordered a 1kilo gram box of gulab jamun this morning but all I got was a box of expired or rotten sweet which might get affect to mine or my families health which is not bothered this was quite unexpected and disappointed service provided by your outlet

          I bought Diwali gift pack of bikano from Easyday Majitha Road Amritsar Punjab . consisting of bhujiya and rasgulla in the metal box price 200 Plus.. however I found that the rasgulla Pack was all puffed and when I opened it the entire gas came out with the syrup on my face and the Rasgulla were all puffed up n smelling bad. I had written the complaint to bikano on its website and got no response and so I called today the easy day and informed them. I had threw the bill also...

            I never got a non hairy Mithai from majitha road Amritsar branch of bikaner sweets. Sometimes hairs are found outside mithai, , sometimes inside, sometimes inside box...

              I purchased this pack of rasogolla 1.25kg from vishal mega mart, burhanpur, m. P. And its expiry date is far away. When we opened it and taste it, its taste is not good, its taste is sour. So, what should i do now?. Will i get my amount back as it does not satisfy our need. I want a solution as fast as possible, the product is not according to its quality which i need and it does not satisfies the quality of good sweet. So, i kindly request you to reimburse my amount and solve this problem as fast as possible of your product. Thank you.

              Hi,
              The quality of the product is waist and the people are suffering in food positioning. The product of rasgula taste was very bad and sour in taste. The product no. Is[protected] and B3IBCA. the manufactured date of the product is Sept 19 and best before date of the product 31 Aug 2020. But the product is waist and rotten.

                Have been purchasing Bikano CHAM CHAM, thru' Flipkart Grocery.
                On 02.09.19, ordered 1 No. Bikano CHAM CHAM, thru' Flipkart Grocery, which was supplied & Invoiced by M/s Shreyash Retails (P) Ltd. on 05.09.19, vide Invoice No. FABYDW[protected] dtd. 05.09.2019. Product Batch No. B8BBA, Date of Mfg. 11/08/2019, Best Before10/02/2019.
                On 24.09.19 night, when opened the metal Container and started eating, piece smelled and tasted bit sour, as if it has gone stale. Immediately checked for its Mfg. and Best Before dates which are quite OK.
                Next morning, tried to contact at customer care No. but could succeed only next or next to next day and assured of replacing the same within a week time.
                I've kept the stale container in my Refrigerator but no reply from BIKANO.

                  There is bikanervala outlet at jaipur delhi highway, near bahror, where i ordered cold coffee with ice cream, in that drink i found a insect, i complained about it to the in charge. But i didn't get any positive response from him. I told him to make sure before serving food that it is edible or not, i didn't bring bill or invoice, from there because i was in hurry. So please take this complaint seriously, and refund my 131 bucks as soon as possible.

                    I bought a packet of brown bread from bikanervala on 15th sept. 2019 which shows me the advance manufacturing date of 18th sept. 2019 and expiry date of 21st sept. 2019. I contacted the bikanervala by e-mail and the representative from their company said sir its a human clerical error. Its not a big deal so ignore it. How can i let it go? It still shows that it has an expiry date of 21st sept. So i can consume it without any problem. But what is the role of company in this case if anything happens to my family after consuming the bread. Its not an ethical practice of any big brand that it changes the labels and barcodes according to their comfort.

                    Bikano making the customers fool this Diwali so please be attentive. I bought Bikano Shahi Kaju Barfi for Rs. 500 and found only 10 pieces inside the box. Very bad experience.. So please be careful while buying Bikano products.

                      Hi,
                      I visited the bikanervala situated at sohna road, gurgaon where i occasionally go with family. We went to celebrate birthday of a 3 year old and wanted to cut a homemade cake prepared on the child's demand. However, the staff named amit kumar denied to first allow us cutting the cake telling that outside food is not allowed. After a little argument denied to provide the cutting plastic knife which he was about to provide till he wasn't aware that the cake is not restaurant's. So clearly, the outside food policy was not in general but was just dependent on weather u have purchased the cake from the restaurant. Such a big brand is only bothered about the revenue earned from the sale of a cake. That spoiled our total evening. Shall never forget the incident and shall never visit any bikanervala in future. Pathetic hospitality

                        Some drunkard created a scene in the bikanerwala family restaurant on golf course road and the management was totally useless in taking care of the situation. If i want to watch drama... I will see it on tv.

                        Very unprofessional staff.

                        Despite telling the cashiers to call any manager to control the situation... Only staff came forward... And did nothing. The drunkard created a huge scene... Threw all the food on the floor... Abused in hindi at the staff... And the staff continued to do nothing.

                        At this rate... You will have to shut down this restaurant... Very bad experience... Will never visit again.

                        Word of advise... Teach your staff how to deal with uncouth customers. Call the cops if necessary... But do something.

                          I placed an Online Order with Bikanerwala for Rakshabandhan and PAID FULL amount in ADVANCE on 02 Aug and estimated delivery date of 09 Aug was provided to me.

                          The order was never delivered.

                          When I contacted Bikanerawala Customer care regarding this, I was told that Order has been delivered by their delivery partner 'Bluedart'. I told customer care executive that its false information and order is not delivered at all - I was assured by customer care executive that this will be escalated to their higher management and I will be provided a refund.

                          Since then I haven't heard anything back regarding the refund. No response to my further emails or phone calls made by Bikanerwala.

                          This is a breach of trust and a case of cheating as I placed order, paid for it, but never received the goods!

                          Order ID 15076139 still shows in Dispatched state...

                              Yesterday i was visited at bikanerwala sector 29 gurgaon branch and thier i was taking 2 esitimate bills of product but due to some reason i can’t buy that and 1 bill i dropped at counter and 1 bill in my pocket so your manger comes to me when i come out to outlet and he insult me in front of many people and told me give me that will which you take out from there and that is only estimated bill but they are 2 manager and they are very rude and they very bad insulting me in front of many people
                              Man to aisa kar raha tha ki mai bhi btau how to insult but i don’t say nothing and come out from there. This was happened around 2:46 p. M

                                At around 5pm I paid for A snack that was out of stock which I got to know only after i went to the counter to collect it. The Bill was already paid and the person on the otherside told me that the product was out of stock since morning and the staff havn't updated their system . when contacted manager Mr Pitamber of Bikanervala Sahibabad, ghaziabad he said that he can't do anything as the system isn't updated. to my surprise the area manager Mr Punit Joshi also jumped into this conversation and asked me what he could do. I simply asked him for a written apology to which he said he cannot give me a written apology for this weak internal control of Bikanerwala sahibabad, ghazibad. I Took my refund for this dish and another one that i had placed order for. This type of behaviour of Mr Puneet Joshi Area MAnager and Mr Pitamber was rude and simply stated that pl donot come to this restuarant ever. If an Organization has a weak internal control where the system can update the availablity and non availabilty of a product and customers are charged for the product and then on the counter told that that it is not available then the customer is simply not at fault. I have taken my refund. they have definately lost a loyal and a regular customer. A simple apology letter would have worked . i[censored] can appologise verbally Mr Punit Johi could also have appologized in writting as he was the one who jumped into the conversation I was having the Mr Piamber. I also have the audio recording of the said conversation. The brand value which Bikanervala has has been spolied by this snobbish Gentlemen Mr Punit Joshi who was too proud of his knowledge and din;t knew how to treat customer.

                                  Hi, our office has recently allowed bikano canteen to run in the premises of delhi patent office (Boudhik sampada bhawan. It is very sad and disappointing to state that our office canteen is bikano in the name one only, the owner fails to deliver promised quality constantly. Surprising it is found that he was serving tea to the office employees which he accidentally sprayed with pesticides. Once noticed, he admit his mistake what he did is he simply washed cups sprayed with pesticides and uses them again to deliver tea. Which is very serious concern. You are requested to kindly look into the matter to solve these issues positively, otherwise office employees will file a case against him and bikano. We are also going to raise this issue with the concerned food inspector. Hope to hear from you soon.

                                    I went to your store at manglam paradise sector-3 rohini delhi and i encountered a mouse in your fridge. I[censored] serve this thing to your customers then sorry to say but you are not capable of holding the license. Moreover we got a box of your sweets from a marriage as a gift and the quality of your 'imarti' is really very poor. If we have experience like this even with your brand so that's not acceptable. I hope you look into the matter.

                                        I had visited bikanerwala at greaternoida near pari chowk, on 09th may 2019 at about 1930 hrs.
                                        Purchased two pizzas, idli vada combo and one utthapam.
                                        Except pizzas items were provided in 15 minutes or so.
                                        We all were waiting to start together. But having no rush at service counter and chasing personally three four times, pizzas were provided after about 35 minutes.
                                        I had asked the reasons for delay, it was told to me that we can only hand over after receiving from cooking room.
                                        By that time having no options, we had eaten cold utthpam, idli vada.
                                        Restorant incharge sitting coolly at his place and not intrested in activities.
                                        Delays happens on earlier occasions too.
                                        So decided not to visit bikarnerwalla outlet at pari chowk.

                                        You Kirit nagar Branch is serving bad products especially the breakfast every time we had we have to suffer form food poisoning even sweets are not fresh and up the mark . we went to bikaner because we trust the brand but these guys are spoiling your brand image... Highly disappointed. street food are much fresh then bikaner kirti nagar.
