I had visited bikanerwala at greaternoida near pari chowk, on 09th may 2019 at about 1930 hrs.
Purchased two pizzas, idli vada combo and one utthapam.
Except pizzas items were provided in 15 minutes or so.
We all were waiting to start together. But having no rush at service counter and chasing personally three four times, pizzas were provided after about 35 minutes.
I had asked the reasons for delay, it was told to me that we can only hand over after receiving from cooking room.
By that time having no options, we had eaten cold utthpam, idli vada.
Restorant incharge sitting coolly at his place and not intrested in activities.
Delays happens on earlier occasions too.
So decided not to visit bikarnerwalla outlet at pari chowk.

You Kirit nagar Branch is serving bad products especially the breakfast every time we had we have to suffer form food poisoning even sweets are not fresh and up the mark . we went to bikaner because we trust the brand but these guys are spoiling your brand image... Highly disappointed. street food are much fresh then bikaner kirti nagar.

But management of this baranch is vety poor, manager not cordinate to customer properly.

    Hi, i visited bikarnerwala near rohini west metro station, new delhi on date - 8/5/19, order no : 88. I got iron pin inside masala dosa therefore i wanted to complain about the food quality what they are providing which is very much harmful for body, therefore i need to take some action regarding this and ensure this that it should not happen again. And also i wanted to get refund of the amount of the food.

      I had recently purchased a packet of bikano aloo bhujia and after consuming about half of it i found a cockroach in it! This is neglection of the guidelines and regulations laid down by the honorable ministry of health and family welfare. Contrary to all the existing norms and regulations finding a cockroach in the packet is an absolute and intolerable breach of trust which is severely disappointing in nature. This is clearly a reflection of the failure of your quality control which led to the endangerment of my health, not to mention the rs.45 which now stand wasted. This is only tempting me to approach the consumer courts in case you fail to redress this. A cockroach is infectious because it contains harmful viruses and bacteria which can threaten the well being of one's body which, if found in food substances can cause deterioration in health and mental well being of a long time customer.
      And this was manufactured recently on 12/04/19 which means that there is negligence in the supervision and implementation of food safety and quality along with health safety measures.

        Hi

        I was staying in leo fort hotel in ludhiana. Bikanervala restaurant exists on the ground floor. Leo fort hotel provides me combo breakfast in bikanervala and they gave me option of navratra food. I went to order place in bikano, i asked him for order of navratra food. But he asked me that they can provide me after 11:00 am. After 11:00 am it can not be breakfast at all.

        Then i went to hotel reception and asked that guy for resolving issue that bikanervala will give me breaskfast after 11:00 am. Then he called in bikanervala manager and agreed for breakfast service in 5 minutes.

        I went to order place in bikanerwala and asked for breakfast. He was doing someting in his desktop and he did not give me any attension. I asked him again and again for my order as i was feeling very hungry due to navratri fast.

        After 10 min he called manager and asked him to resolve the issue. Manager was so rude he did not gave any attention and keep on working in desktop.

        When i said him that i am waiting from last 20 min. He asked another person in que for order. When i asked him loud voice that i was waiting from last 25 min. Then he asked me to give order.

        Then i asked him for navratri food. He asked me again to wait 30 min. How could i wait for 30 min. Also he was so rude during that time.

        Now i am very disappointed with the behavior of staff. He could request or could asked me to wait politely. It would be enough. But it was unexpected with a such a big brand chain bikanervala.

        I am very disappointed with bikanervala. I will never visit your restaurant.

          I ordered a plate of chole bhature at 1:02 pm which was not a take away order, at your franchise store at tdi mall kundli sonipat.
          The order was not prepared till 1:45 pm which is a very poor customer service from this franchise store.
          However, when i requested for a refund they bought me the dish to which i declined and they refunded the amount.
          Such poor service was not expected from bikanerwala whereby i had to wait more than 40 mins for such a dish.

          Your diet mixture is very poor quality in taste. Its a very bad product in market of your company. Please compare haldiram diet mixture its taste salty n your diet mixture sweet. Sorry to say but your product in very cheap quality

            I bought two dodha sweet pack & consumed one of them. After that my wife and kid had vomitting, stomache, fever due to that they were hospitalised & came to know it’s food poisoning. Then checked the other seal pack packets& shocked to see its full of fungus with near by expiry. Bikano is playing with health of people.

            I ordered combo4 food at bikano Pavalion mall Ludhiana. But masala dosa and Channa Kulcha served by bikano is so cold. When I complained to Counter manager Mr PANKAJ then he and service staff behaviour is not good. Is this a bikano quality?

            Today my aunt buy Rajkachori at Rajender Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. The packaging was very bad even when we open the box the food condition was and taste was worst than the picture. Plz advice your persons to learn how to pack liquid and hard stuff contents of the same item.

              I have bought two half kg rasogulla pack from metro mall karkardooma 6 days ago. It's manufacturing date is[protected] and expiry date is[protected]. Now i opened this box and it is smelling too much. It is very sour in taste just as expired.
              We have a great journey with you as we are eating your products since childhood and never ever experienced like that before. We served these rasogulla to our guest and feeling very shameful in front of them.
              This is very bad experience i have ever experienced in my life. I hope you will take an immediate corrective action on this.

                  Dear sir/ mam,
                  I found a gift pack uphaar.in this pack i received 500gm. Rasogolla and namkeen. Rasogolla pack expired on sep.19 and mfg. Oct 18. But when i open it, it smelling and less of taste. It's taste like salty. Rasogolla taste is not good but it's pack is in good condition. I m complaint against only rasogolla pack.

                  On 2 dec 2018 we had purchased 3 packets of tasty peanuts of 1 Kg from raj mandir, Ashok Vihar . As we opened the packets there is a smell in that, so change all the packets . If you will not change the all packets then we will complain in the consumer court.

                    You hav a cafeteria in my college sunderdeep group of institutions dasna ghaziabad, and this has worst service these guys dont have change any time, they dont have any digital mode of payment like paytm phone pay or card payment, even in the month of december these dont have normal temp beverages all they hav are refregerated... I ask to change these things they said go and complaint bikano.

                      Respected team bikanervala,
                      Im also the employee of bikanervala but i never seen this type of behavior of manager. My brother and father go to the indrapuram for purchasing some sweets before timing the time was 7:50. They entered at showroom and ask for billing the staff said outlet timing is 8:00am my brother said i m getting late staff said please talk to my manager mr. Jitender pandey. My brother go to meet mr. R pandey and he say mr. Pandey shaved her bread in front of her. He request that i m getting late sir please do the need bus pandey said no be cant generate the before time he said ok. When outlet timing is 8:00 am then why the showroom was open and how the customer entered inside.2nd why the customer wait for 20 min before open the outlet. When you not generate the bill before timing then why the customer wait for 20 min unnecessary. This is not the way to deal the customer and the brand of bikanervala is not a small name.

                        Good afternoon n greetings of the day!!!

                        This complaint is regarding a metal coin in coffee which i ordered from your bikanervala, preet vihar outlet today morning i. E 17 nov 2018 i was very shocked n upset on the same as it can choke out my food pipe, it was a serious case of murder & attempt to murder

                        I complaint to your restaurant manager of the same but he never get back to me since morning, hence i am awaking u for the same & i will file a legal suite against for the same in consumer court, i will never tolerate this kind of mis-behavior for the same. Pfa pics of the same for your persual.

                        If you do not take proper action on d same, then it will be a big trouble on all social media n also in consumer court (I am keeping that glass).

                          Very sorry to say. I have very bad experience with you this time. I send sweets to my brother on 31.10.18 for bhaidooj. Order no 2557839. Awb no. D47067876. We received msg that sweets get deliver on 3.11.18 by dtdc but my brother didn't recieved any sweets on.. We continously complaint but not get any reply till now can you pl help me in this matter

                            I have ordered sweets item box confirmed order no 2544556 on 31 oct but not delivered till date to mr yash parmar, 12 silver oak, nagina avenue, magitha road, amritsar punjab pin 143001. Mob no

Sent by you through blue dart awb no [protected] on tracking status says restricted area which is in correct all other items are being delivered in this area. Its more than 9 days passed but sweets box not delivered. It seems that they have misplaced & it must be spoiled. Pl send another box in lieu of that. I am not responsible for this blue dart has spoiled the festive mood
                            Very poor service by blue dart they have not even called to mr yash parmar to collect if they are unable to deliver.
                            Pl check and arrange to deliver urgently. Sweets must have spoiled & seems they have misplaced send another box & penalize blue dart for the loss.

                              Purchased a mixed sweet box pack no.2623 @Rs.2586 on 3/11/2018 from sector 29 gurugram outlet. On checking the weight of the pista louj / kaju roll etc, found the actual weight 140 gm each instead of 160 gm along with an unwanted long human hair .
                              Weight re-checked by their own staff in their outlet in sector 29 gurugram. Then they tried to add sweets to increase weight and also offered me the same free of cost.
                              This is highly objectionable & deplorable keeping in view reputation of Bikanerwala. An early reply is solicited.

                                  I have ordered 14 onion kachori and 14 malpua at 1:30 pm and told him to deliver it at 5:30 pm. When i have called at 5:25 concerned person the delivery person is already left and after two minutes i called again and he said person is ready to leave, again after 25 minutes they said we are still preparing your order and finally i had to cancel that order which i have ordered for a big event.

                                  This complaint us regarding bikanerwala noida sector 18.
                                  Please take this seriously.

                                    I purchased a 400gm pack of bikano cake rusk along with some other sweets from bikano shop in sector 26, chandigarh last week. For the cake rusk particularly i paid rs 150/-. When i opened the pack after 2 days i found the rusk so hard that i could not eat it. Crispy does not mean too much hard to to break. I contacted the shop counter clerk. He refused to listen saying that i could make a complaint to company directly. Therefore, i am writing to you. The entire product lying waste. No body could eat it.

                                      I went to bikano cafe on 9oct 2018 at ferozepur cantt. Order some snacks with cold drink. When i paid i found that i had to pay more than mrp of cold drink. How it can possible according to government guide lines (Consumer forum) no one can demand more than mrp price. When i told to your dealing hand mr. Mukesh he ignored it. It is not good for costumers

So he kept calling me we were gud frnds and then he asked money for his wife s treatment. Now he is not answering the phone call nor replying to my msgs it's been long now.
