[Resolved] Bikanervala / Bikano — Bad taste 500g rasogolla | |||||
Respected Sir/Madam I recently purchased your product from local store i.e. 4 pack of Bikano in which the quality of box of Rasogolla is very poor. Its smell is bad and taste is worst. Batch No. Of your product is B31BAA and Expiry month is Aug 2017. I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the poor service/quality of product. I am writing this letter to convey my extreme displeasure at the faulty product and lack of service, as this simply will not cut it in the future. I do not believe that I am asking for much in return for my time and effort, as all I want is my money back or to have this product replaced with one that works properly. I will gladly return the defective item to you, should you send a postage-prepaid box to my house. I do not feel that I am being unreasonable with my request.Please confirm.
