Bikanervala / Bikano — Bikanervala poor quality ghevar cause vomitting, uneasiness and bodyache

We bought 1 kg ghevar from Bikanerwala, Sahibabad store last night on 03rd Aug 2022. My dad ate it in the night and in the early morning complained of having uneasiness, vomiting and bodyache. Unaware of the cause of the problem I also ate some Ghevar in the morning just after waking up and as soon as I finished eating I felt something in my stomach. Later it developed into uneasiness, discomfort, vomiting and body ache. We have a complaint about the store but they are not listening to our complaints hence would like to file a formal complaint against the store. I would like them to take away their product, apologies for their casual behaviour and refund for the sweet.
