Yesterday visited Bikanervala Kakadeo, Kanpur outlet with family and had a nightmare experience.
The dining was packed up and service was at its worst. No one to serve the water glasses, salt dispenser were broken. 2 cleaning staff on about 15 tables.
The service counter was completely blocked by atleast 12-15 delivery boys from Swiggy and Zomato. And it was a complete FISH MARKET like situation.
Had to wait for 25-30 minutes to get the order served after having a heated conversation with Service Manager as the service counter was busy with Swiggy and Zomato.
I will advice to close the dining on Sunday's so that you can service the online customers better.
