Hi! I visited your cafe near mathura toll (110a, ph-1 tulsi bagh dayal bagh agra) on august 2nd 2017 with my family. I ordered pani puri and bhala papdi there. The taste of pani puri was awful so i checked the packet. They are selling expired products there. When i asked to speak to manager, the manager was rude. Kindly guide me in the matter or shall i take it to consumer forum. I am attaching pictures of receipts and the product. Hi
Today my family opened Bikano aloo bhujia namkeen and they have found cockroach in the namkeen. This give a very bad feel for food and also give a view how team is looking for packaging n food quality.
It's not a first time we are having bikano but this incident allowing us not to use bikano.
