Me along with my family (old parents and kids) had an awful worst/ disaster experience at your Bikaner vala Shivam foods GTKARNAL ROAD.
I will like to brief you about the Service and facilities offered by you branch GTkarnal road Manager - Bhavani Sen

AC NOT WORKING
Rude and unprofessional staff
Stale food
Unhygienic water.
When I complaint to Manager Bhawani Sen he has hide himself and not willing to come infront. And he is so rude not offer to address my concern
Just imagine is this hospitality??
We all family members planned for a breakfast on a holiday and went to a worst experience with so called a renowned brand... Bikanervala
Inspite Haldiram offered 50%discount on his morning breakfast
We paid almost Rs 1000 for this type of food facilities/ services???? What is the customer fault?? My whole family left the food and went empty stomach..it's so humiliating
I request you to make inspection and make a visit at Bikanervala GTkarnal road and then you came to know how your brand name is getting deteriorating .. And strict action to be taken against your Manager Was this information helpful? |
