Bikanervala — Chapatis in severe condition

Dear sir, it was today when I ordered 2 bikanervala deluxe thali with 2 chapatis, but as I opened one of the deluxe thali I found chapatis in such a drastic condition as I posted in the photograph below(further they were hard, very hard[we had to throw them all away] I a m a regular customer of bikanervala and i felt very sad and disappointed.
