Bikanervala — Denial of giving namkeen packet offier on purchase of sweets worth rs.600

Today (04.03.2015) i had bought sweets from bikanervala (p. k. delicacies pvt. ltd.,), yashwant place, chanakya puri, new delhi vide bill no. book no.12 s. no.002143 worth rs.3790. when i saw a hoarding mentioning that on purchase of sweets worth rs.600 you will get a packet of namkeen. when i approached the cash counter for free gift of namkeen, they refused to accede my request and told that as the bill has already been issued, it is not possible for them to give the gift of namkeen. It is surprising that the shopkeeper should himself had offered this scheme whereas he is refusing to offer this scheme. this is very shameful for such a big entrepreneur to deal customer in this way. this is a clear case of cheating.
