Billdesk — about double fees deposit payment, so returned first transaction fee

Hello UP bed team,
On 14th Jun, I made a transaction of 5780/- to submit fee o[censored]P Bed through internet banking .Amount was deducted from my account but UP Bed portal was showning that no amount received. So being the last day of fee submission, I made another transaction which was successful. Could you please return the amount of first transaction. Sir I am a cyber net owner and i have not registration no this person his fees payment.
